Source text - English By signing this agreement, you are authorizing CitiMortgage, Inc. (“CMI”) to transfer money (i.e., make debits) from your financial institution account to apply to your mortgage payment and fees. All blanks on the form must be completed and signed by an owner of the account.
Your financial institution must provide you with disclosures which explain your rights and obligations regarding automatic transfers. Please read this information carefully.
You may stop an existing or future transfer of funds by CMI from your account by contacting your financial institution.
Check your financial institution’s account statements to verify the date and amount of your automatic transfers initiated by CMI. In the event of error, contact your financial institution immediately.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying CMI of your intentions to stop E-Z Pay. You may also contact your financial institution to request that all future debits be cancelled. Please notify us at least four business days in advance of your next withdrawal.
CMI may terminate this agreement at any time. CMI will provide you with reasonable notice of such termination.
You will be notified by CMI (in writing) at least 10 business days prior to the start of your first transfer or whenever the amount of your transfer will change due to periodic changes in your mortgage payment caused by credit insurance, fees, escrow analysis, ARM adjustments, and/or other optional products and services.
Translation - Spanish Con la firma de este acuerdo, usted autoriza a CitiMortgage, Inc. ("CMI") a transferir dinero (es decir, debitar) de la cuenta en su institución financiera para destinarlo al pago de su hipoteca y de los cargos correspondientes. El titular de la cuenta debe completar todos los espacios en blanco y firmar el formulario.
Su institución financiera debe entregarle declaraciones que explican sus derechos y obligaciones respecto de las transferencias automáticas. Lea esta información con suma atención.
Usted podrá detener una transferencia de fondos actual o futura desde su cuenta por parte de CMI, poniéndose en contacto con su institución financiera.
Revise los estados de cuenta de la institución financiera para verificar las fechas y los montos de las transferencias automáticas iniciadas por CMI. Si encuentra errores, póngase inmediatamente en contacto con la institución financiera.
Usted podrá ponerle término a este acuerdo en cualquier momento mediante notificación a CMI de su intención de cancelar el E-Z Pay. También podrá ponerse en contacto con la institución financiera para solicitar que anule todos los débitos futuros. Notifíquenos su próximo retiro por lo menos cuatro días hábiles antes.
CMI podrá dar por terminado este acuerdo en cualquier momento. En ese caso, CMI le notificará dicha terminación con antelación razonable.
CMI le notificará (por escrito) por lo menos 10 días hábiles antes del comienzo de la primera transferencia o cada vez que el monto de la transferencia cambie debido a cambios periódicos en los pagos de su hipoteca relacionados con el seguro sobre el crédito, los cargos, el análisis del depósito en garantía, los ajustes de la hipoteca con tasa ajustable (ARM) y/u otros productos y servicios opcionales.
