१. ज्याअर्थी वर उल्लेखिलेल्या तक्रारदाराने जिल्हा ग्राहक तक्रार निवारण न्यायमंचकडे आपणाविरुध्द तक्रार दाखल केली आहे. (प्रत सोबत जोडली आहे).
२. म्हणून आपणास नोटीस देण्यात येते की, ग्राहक संरक्षण कायदा १९८६ मधील कलमान्वये ही नोटीस मिळाल्याच्या तारखेपासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत आपले म्हणणे सादर करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
