Source text - English The production of the bakery is divided into three production lines, each one equipped with the corresponding downstream furnace systems. The bread line is a hinge plate continuous furnace with twelve hearths of Heuft Impact type with nearly 260 square metres of baking surface. To bake biscuits, a small hinge plate continuous furnace with three hearths of Heuft Euroback type with 126 square metres of baking surface is available. Between these two furnaces, there are two deck ovens with twelve hearths of Vato type, each with 60 square metres baking surface, where numerous stone oven specialities are baked. All three lines, loaders and furnaces are designed to operate with uniform peel boards of dimension 58x98 centimetres, so that the products can alternatively be baked in one of the other furnaces in case of faults. Heating is provided by two thermal oil boilers with each 1,000 kW heat output, which are placed in the power station. There is also placed the external steam generator for the furnace steam injection. This solution was chosen because of its high efficiency and reliable supply with rich steam. Compared to separate steam devices that are more susceptible to interference due to the hard water, it has a lower maintenance requirement. At each furnace, a transfer station is connected to an internal belt conveyor which brings the finished product to its further treatment or packaging.
Translation - Polish Proces wytwórczy w piekarni odbywa się na trzech liniach produkcyjnych, z których każda jest wyposażona w odpowiednie systemy piecowe na kolejnych etapach produkcji. Linia do pieczenia chleba to 12-poziomowy piec przelotowy Heuft Impact z taśmą płytkową, o łącznej powierzchni wypieku blisko 260 m2. Linia do wypieku ciastek to mały, 3-poziomowy piec przelotowy Heuft Euroback z taśmą płytkową, o łącznej powierzchni wypieku 126 m2. Pomiędzy tymi dwoma piecami znajdują się dwa 12-poziomowe piece półkowe Vato, każdy o powierzchni wypieku 60m2 do pieczenia wszelkich specjałów wymagających pieca kamiennego. Wszystkie trzy linie, urządzenia ładujące i piece zostały zaprojektowane do obsługi jednakowych płyt piekarskich o wymiarach 58 x 98 cm, dzięki czemu produkty mogą być pieczone w jednym z pozostałych pieców w przypadku wystąpienia awarii. Ogrzewanie zapewniają dwa kotły termoolejowe, każdy o mocy 1.000 kW, które są zainstalowane w siłowni. Zamontowany jest także zewnętrzny generator dostarczając parę do pieca. Takie rozwiązanie zostało wybrane z powodu wysokiej sprawności oraz niezawodności dostarczania gęstej pary. W porównaniu z oddzielnymi urządzeniami wytwarzającymi parę, które są bardziej wrażliwe na zakłócenia pracy spowodowane twardą wodą, powyższe rozwiązanie nie wymaga dużej obsługi konserwacyjnej. Przy każdym piecu znajduje się stanowisko transportowe połączone z wewnętrznym przenośnikiem taśmowym, który transportuje gotowy produkt do dalszej obróbki lub pakowania.
