Source text - French S’il est difficile de vérifier l’exactitude de ces propos, il est en tout cas certain qu’elle semble avoir pris très au sérieux l’objectif majeur qui est d’établir des relations «entre les groupements français et étrangers ayant le même objet». Selon son ami, elle se serait en effet efforcée, tout au long de la décennie, de trouver des homologues dans les autres pays des Communautés en vue de former ultérieurement une association commune. Effort qui aurait été couronné de succès en Italie, en Belgique et en Roumanie et aurait permis la création d’associations semblables. Son premier souci est de lui assurer des conditions optimales de fonctionnement notamment par l’octroi de subventions régulières. C’est donc dans cette optique qu’elle se tourne vers son ancien ami. Cependant certains indices tendent à prouver que les premiers temps furent difficiles puisqu’en octobre 1980, elle en est encore à regretter «que les projets de soutien de démarrage à la [] cheminent dans le dédale un peu complexe de la législation transnationale ». Si le personnage appelé à succéder à Mme. ne figurait pas dans la liste officielle des membres de l’Association, il la soutint lui aussi mais d’une toute autre manière.
Les fondateurs et membres historiques de l’association ont en effet en commun une ligne de conduite marquée par un double sceau : celui de l’idéologie et du pragmatisme. Ce dernier se traduit cependant par un comportement paradoxal, justement celui d’ouvrir l’association à toutes les spécialisations et/ou orientations tout en favorisant une méthode de travail, celle des sciences comparatives, largement investie par les spécialistes. C’est justement cet investissement qui, à l’intersection d’un réseau national et d’un réseau transnational, est à l’origine d’une rencontre improbable : celle entre le fondateurs historiques acquises à la cause mais évoluant dans le cadre national et les jeunes membres des associations européennes. L’une des conséquences probables pour l’association fut que la plupart de ses membres prirent alors fait et cause pour la voie nouvelle qu’elle traçait.

Source text - Swedish Detta avtal reglerar förhållandet mellan Kunden och Leverantören vid leverans av nytt system för styrning och övervakning av det svenska stamnätet för el och gas. Systemet är tekniskt komplext och av nationell betydelse. Det kommer att krävas att båda parter gör sitt yttersta för att leveransen ska bli lyckad.
Vid bristande överensstämmelse mellan Bilagorna gäller de i den ordning de angetts under rubriken Bilagor eller skall kunden ha rätt att avgöra vilken bestämmelse som skall gälla, där detta ej medför ökade kostnader, senare dag för Faktisk Godkännandedag eller ökad omfattning av Uppdraget för leverantören.
Kunden skall godkänna Specifikationen och Projektplanen inom överenskommet antal dagar. Antalet dagar skall inte överstiga 15 arbetsdagar från det att Leverantören överlämnat Specifikationen
och Projektplanen till Kunden. Godkännande hindrar inte att Uppdragsbeskrivningen gäller före
Specifikationen.
Leverantören ansvarar för att samtlig utrustning inklusive programvaror som leverantören levererar inom ramen för detta avtal är i högkvalitativt och för kunden driftdugligt skick. Leverantören ansvarar vidare för att den lösning som leverantören presenterat och anvisat kunden till sin omfattning och design är anpassad för det behov som kunden redovisat och att lösningen innefattar samtlig utrustning och programvara och samtliga tjänster som erfordras för systemets drift och uppfyllande av de avtalade specifikationerna.
Translation - English This agreement stipulates the conditions between the Client and the Supplier regarding the supply of new systems for the control and monitoring of the Swedish mainframe network for electricity and gas. The system is complex from a technical point of view and of national importance. One requires both parties to put forward their best efforts in order for the supply of services to be successful.
In the case of a lack of consistency between the Appendices they are valid in the order they occur under the heading Appendices and the client shall have the right to decide which provisions shall take effect, on condition this does not result in increased expenditures, a later deadline for the Actual Acceptance day or an increased scope of the services for the Supplier..
The client shall approve the Specifications and Project plan within the agreed upon number of days. The number of days shall not surpass 15 working days from the day the supplier has delivered the Specifications and Project plan to the Client. The approval does not impede the Description of the services from prevailing over the Specifications.
The supplier is liable for all the equipment, including the software which the supplier supplies within the frame of this agreement being of high quality and in a condition to be put into operation by the client. Moreover the supplier is liable for the conformity of the solution presented by the supplier and accepted by the client in its entirety and design with the needs stipulated by the client and for the solution comprising all the equipment and software programs and all the services which are required for the system’s operation and the execution of the specifications agreed upon in the contract.
