Source text - English Assemble the components belonging to the measuring system according to the survey of components and the project. Mount the detector either to a frame or, if the measuring system is equipped with a traversing unit, to the carriage of the traversing unit. All dimensions required for mounting the detector can be taken from the dimensional drawings. Fasten the detector to the frame by 4 hexagon socket head cap screws M6 DIN 912, plain washers and split lock washers. Use a hexagon key with an opening of 5 mm. If the blow-off and water-cooling units or the forced-air circulation unit are used, mount the hose couplings. To electrically connect the detector, use cable 637835. Connect the plug of the cable to the insert socket of the detector and the shouldered end of the cable to the relevant terminal strip of the process coupling unit or terminal box (see connection diagram). Arrange the terminal box or process coupling unit as close as possible to the frame (at a distance of approx. 3 m). Stow the remaining length of cable (overall length of cable is 6 m) in the case of the frame (important to the connection of a detached detector in case of repair). As a rule, earth the detector by connecting the frame to machine earth (see connection diagram).
Translation - Slovak Pri montáži jednotlivých častí meracieho systému sa riaďte zoznamom dielov a projektovou dokumentáciou. Meraciu hlava namontujte buď na rám, alebo na sane pohyblivej jednotky, ak je ňou merací systém vybavený. Všetky montážne rozmery meracej hlavy sú kótované na príslušných výkresoch. Pomocou štyroch skrutiek s hlavou s vnútorným šesťhranom M6 DIN 912 a obyčajných i pružných delených podložiek upevnite meraciu hlavu na rám. Použite kľúč na šesťhranné matice s otvorom 5 mm. Ak je súčasťou zostavy aj ofuk a vodné chladenie, príp. nútená ventilácia, namontujte hadicové spojky. Na elektrické pripojenie meracej hlavy použite kábel č. 637835. Zapojte káblovú vidlicu
do zásuvky na meracej hlave a koniec kábla ukončený svorkou upevnite na príslušnú svorkovú lištu prepojovacieho modulu alebo svorkovnicovej skrinky (pozri schému zapojenia). Svorkovnicovú skrinku alebo prepojovací modul umiestnite čo najbližšie k rámu (do vzdialenosti cca. 3 m). Prebytočný kábel (ktorý má celkovú dĺžku
6 m) uložte do rámu (kvôli pripojeniu demontovanej meracej hlavy v prípade opravy). Rám meracej hlavy pripojte k uzemneniu zariadenia (pozri schému zapojenia).

In the embodiment shown in the drawings the motor unit 30 comprises an electric motor 32, a pinion 34 with horizontal axis that is set into rotation directly by the electric motor 32, if necessary via a reduction gear or an angle gear arranged in between, a first gearwheel 36 meshing with the pinion 34 and torsionally coupled by means of a cardan shaft (not shown) with the shaft 22 carrying the movable roller 16, a second gearwheel 38 meshing with the pinion 34 and torsionally coupled by means of a cardan shaft (not shown) with the shaft 24 carrying the movable roller 18, and a third gearwheel 40 meshing with one of the two gearwheels 36 or 38 (in the illustrated example with the gearwheel 36) and torsionally coupled by means of a cardan shaft (not shown) with the shaft 20 carrying the stationary roller 14. The gearwheels 36, 38 and 40 have the same number of teeth and therefore rotate at the same angular speed. Source text - English In their action dated 22 December 2014 and following submissions the Claimants seek the court decisions declaring Claimant 1 to be the owner 3 pcs. of ordinary, certificated, name registered shares, with the face value in the amount of 1,660 EUR (the “Shares”) based on the allegation that the transfer of the Shares based on the Agreement on the Transfer of Shares dated 10 May 2012 (“Agreement”) and due to formal deficiencies of the Shares confirmed by the Agreement on the Transfer of Shares dated 27 May 2014 (“Confirming Agreement”) shall be considered null and void as a result of alleged, predominantly formal, defects of such transfer.
In general, in the view of Defendant 2, the claim is unfounded as both parties to the transfer of Shares had at the time of the transfer and still have good faith intention to transfer the Shares and such intention has been without any relevant doubt manifested by the Agreement and confirmed by the Confirming Agreement. The transfer of the Shares does not violate any rights or legitimate interests of any third party.
To begin with, as the transfer of the Shares does not concern any right or legitimate interest of the Claimants, the Claimants shall not even be entitled to bring the action in question.
Translation - Slovak V návrhu na začatie konania z 22. 12. 2014 a nasledujúcich podaniach navrhovatelia žiadajú, aby súd rozhodol, že vlastníkom 3 ks kmeňových akcií na meno v listinnej podobe s nominálnou hodnotou 1660 eur („akcie“) je navrhovateľ v 1. rade, a to na základe tvrdenia, že prevod akcií uskutočnený na základe zmluvy o prevode akcií z 10. 5. 2012 („zmluva“) a kvôli formálnym nedostatkom akcií potvrdených zmluvou o prevode akcií z 27. 5. 2014 („potvrdzujúca zmluva“) sa má v dôsledku údajných, prevažne formálnych nedostatkov takéhoto prevodu považovať za neplatný.
Z pohľadu odporcu v 2. rade je tento nárok vo všeobecnosti nepodložený, keďže obe strany zúčastnené na prevode akcií v čase prevodu mali a naďalej majú skutočný úmysel akcie previesť a takýto úmysel sa bez akýchkoľvek relevantných pochybností prejavil v zmluve a potvrdil v potvrdzujúcej zmluve. Prevod akcií neporušuje žiadne práva ani oprávnené záujmy žiadnej tretej strany.
Keďže prevod akcií sa netýka žiadneho práva ani oprávneného záujmu navrhovateľov, navrhovatelia predovšetkým ani nie sú oprávnení podať návrh na začatie predmetného konania.
