Source text - Spanish Adoptada el 13.12.2006 por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas mediante Res. A/RES/61/106. Conviene poner de relieve que en conformidad con su art. 42, esta Convención estará abierta a la firma y ratificación tanto de Estados como de organizaciones regionales de integración. Esta última referencia a las organizaciones regionales de integración se refiere eminentemente a la Unión Europea, que autorizó la adhesión a dicha convención mediante Decisión del Consejo de 26 de noviembre de 2009, DOUE L 23, de 27.01.2010, pp. 35-61, presentando la oportuna declaración en conformidad con el art. 44.1 de la Convención sobre las competencias (anexo III de la mencionada Decisión del Consejo). Hay que señalar que la Convención viene siendo complementada por el Protocolo Facultativo, adoptado el mismo día con la misma resolución de la Asamblea General. En conformidad con su art. 10, el Protocolo Facultativo está abierto a la firma de los Estados y organizaciones regionales de integración que sean partes en la Convención. Este Protocolo Facultativo establece un procedimiento de comunicaciones individuales. España firmó ambos instrumentos el 30.03.2007, y los ratificó el 3.12.2007. La Convención está publicada en el BOE núm. 96, de 21.04.2008, pp. 20648-20659, y el Protocolo Facultativo en BOE núm. 97, de 22.04.2008, pp. 20750-20752.
Translation - English Adopted on 13.12.2006 by the General Assembly of the United Nations by Res. A/RES/61/106. It should be emphasized that in accordance with its art. 42, this Convention is open for signature and ratification of both States and regional integration organisations. México D.F. 15 de septiembre de 2010
Corrí el Maratón Internacional de la Ciudad de México 2010 portando la playera con el logotipo de --- y estoy contento porque logré terminar aun cuando mi preparación no fue la óptima y no lo terminé tan cansado. Estoy contento mas no satisfecho, porque siento que pude haber hecho más para llamar la atención del público y corredores con respecto a mi intención principal, pero también me sirvió de experiencia para las dos próximas carreras que se vienen y que son igual de concurridas, éstas son las carreras de --- y ---.
Mi gran amigo --- me apoyó en todo momento y aunque no estaba inscrito, por diversas circunstancias, corrió conmigo los últimos 20 Km. y me sentí muy emocionado a saber que estaba ahí sólo por mí y para apoyarme o " jalarme" como decimos los corredores. Él tiene excelentes ideas para las próximas dos carreras que se viene y tiene toda la disposición de ayudar.
Junto con los demás maratonistas que portaron la playera repartimos los volantes con la información de la Asociación, pero desafortunadamente nos hicieron falta más volantes y el Logo en la espalda no fue muy visible, mas sin embargo, con esta carrera aprendí mucho de lo que debo hacer para llamar la atención y poder ayudar a los enfermos de ataxia, no voy a claudicar hasta lograrlo, modificaré playeras, volantes, letreros etc.
Yo ya no tenía intenciones de participar en carreras y ahora lo único que me motiva es lograr a través este tipo de eventos jalar la mirada de la gente y así podamos ayudar en atraer donativos para financiar la investigación de algún medicamento que logre la cura de todos los enfermos de ataxia de Friedreich, no sólo de mi hijo, esto es por todos y no descansaré hasta lograrlo.
Quisiera expresar mi agradecimiento a --- de --- porque en ella encontré una amiga en los momentos difíciles y también mi admiración a ---, por ser un luchador y por apoyar este proyecto que tengo, el cual espero algún día rinda sus frutos.

Мехико, 15 сентября 2010г.
Я участвовал в беге на Международном марафоне «Мехико 2010» в футболке с логотипом ---. Я рад, что смог добежать до финиша не слишком уставшим, несмотря на то, что моя подготовка не была оптимальной. Я вполне доволен собой, но не совсем удовлетворен, так как чувствую, что я смог бы сделать больше для того, чтобы привлечь внимание зрителей и участников к моей основной цели. Тем не менее, я приобрел опыт, который поможет мне в следующих двух забегах. Это будут забеги, организованные --- и ---. Они состоятся в скором времени и будут не менее многолюдными.
Мой замечательный друг --- поддерживал меня все время. Несмотря на то, что сам он не был участником по некоторым причинам, он бежал со мной последние 20 км. Я был очень рад, зная, что он был там только для того, чтобы поддержать или «подтянуть» меня, как говорится у нас, бегунов. У него есть отличные идеи для следующих двух забегов, и он готов помочь всем, чем сможет.
Мы раздавали листовки с информацией о нашей ассоциации вместе с другими бегунами, которые участвовали в забеге в футболках с логогтипом ---, но, к сожалению, нам не хватило рекламных листовок, а также наш логотип на спине был не очень заметен. Тем не менее, во время этого соревнования я понял многое из того, как нужно действовать, чтобы привлечь внимание и помочь больным атаксией. Я буду бороться до конца, а также поменяю футболки, листовки, плакаты и т.д.
У меня уже не осталось желания лично участвовать в забегах, и теперь единственное, что меня вдохновляет – это обратить на себя внимание на подобных мероприятиях. Таким образом мы сможем способствовать привлечению пожертвований для финансирования исследований какого-либо препарата, который сможет вылечить не только моего сына, но и всех больных атаксией Фридрейха. Я надеюсь, что моя работа поможет всем и не успокоюсь, пока не достигну цели.
Я хотел бы поблагодарить --- из ---, которая была мне другом в трудные моменты, а также выразить мое восхищение --- за его боевой дух и поддержку в этом проекте, который, я надеюсь, однажды принесет плоды.
