Art. 1
Territory and Products
1.1. The Supplier grants to the Distributor, who accepts, the exclusive right to market and sell the products listed in Annex I (hereinafter called the "Products") in the Territory defined as the geographical area Egypt, Lybia & Sudan (hereinafter called the "Territory").
Art. 2
Good faith and fair dealing
2.1. In carrying out their obligations under this agreement the parties will act in accordance with good faith and fair dealing.
2.2. The provisions of this agreement, as well as any statements made by parties in connection with this distributorship relationship, shall be interpreted in good faith.
Art. 3
Distributor's functions
3.1. The Distributor sells in his own name and for his own account, in the
Territory, the Products supplied to him by the Supplier.
3.2. The Distributor agrees to use his best endeavors to promote the sale of the Products in the Territory in accordance with the Supplier's policy and shall protect the Supplier's interests with the diligence of a responsible businessman.
3.3. The Distributor is not entitled to act in the name or on behalf of the Supplier, unless after having been previously and specifically authorized to do so by the latter.

البند. 3
مهام والتزامات المُوَزِّع
3-1 يبيع المُوَزِّع باسمه ولحسابه الخاص في مناطق التسويق والبيع محددة المنتجات المُوَرِّدة إليه من قبل المُوَرِّد.
3-2 يوافق المُوَزِّع على أن يبذل قصارى جهده لترويج بيع المنتجات في مناطق التسويق والبيع طبقًا لسياسة المُوَرِّد، ويتعهد المُوَزِّع بحماية مصالح المُوَرِّد بعناية رجل الأعمال المسئول.
3-3 لا يجوز للمُوَزِّع أن يتصرف باسم أو نيابة عن المُوَرِّد فيما عدا حصول المُوَزِّع على تفويض مسبق للتصرف باسم أو نيابة عن المُوَرِّد.

Installation of the Drain Tube
Fix the drain tube as shown in the figure.
Installation of the Drain Pan
The procedure for installing the drain pan should be determined by the condition of the installing area.
In the case of an area where the drain pan can not be directly
installed on the rear side of the unit after installing the air conditioner.
Example: High storage
1. Open the front grille.
2. Remove the chassis from the cabinet.
2-1 Press both sides of the cabinet in the direction of the arrow as shown in the figure.
2-2 Pull the lower part of the front panel slightly forward.
(below three inches)
2-3 Lift the front panel upward.
3. Remove two screws on the lower, right and left sides of the unit.
4. Remove the chassis from the cabinet.
5. Remove the rubber cap inserted into the basepan.
6. Fix the drain pan as shown in the figure, and then connect the drain hose.
(You can use any commercially-available drain hose.)
7. Install the cabinet at the specified area after installing the drain pan, and then re-assemble it in the original condition.
* In the case of an area where the drain pan can be directly installed on the rear side of the unit after installing the air conditioner.

3.2 إرفع اللوحة الأمامية إلى الأعلى.
لا تفك اللوحة الأمامية بقوة فقد يؤدي ذلك إلى إلحاق ضرر بالسدادة؛ تأكد من عدم إستخدام القوة.
3. إنزع برغيين من أسفل الجانبين اليمين و اليسار للجهاز.
4. إنزع الشاسي من الصندوق.
5. إنزع السدادة المطاطية التي تغلق الصينية.
6. ثبت صينية تصريف الماء كما هو موضح في الشكل وصل تصريف الخرطوم إليها.
(يمكنك إستعمال أي خرطوم تصريف ماء في السوق).
7. ركب الصندوق في المنطقة المحددة بعد تركيب صينية التصريف ثم أعد تجميعه في وضعه الأصلي.
* عند تثبيت اللوحة الأمامية، تأكد من تثبيتها ببرغي مزود ( TH2S 4X10).
في حالة المكان الذي لا يمكنك فيه تركيب صينية الماء على اللوحة الخلفية للجهاز مباشرة بعد تركيب المكيف.
