MATERNITY LEAVE
Female employees shall be entitled a paid maternity leave of 1.5 (one and a half) months on prenatal and 1.5 (one and a half) months after giving a birth in accordance with a statement from doctor.
Female employees shall be entitled a paid miscarriage leave of 1.5 (one and a half) months or in accordance with a statement from doctor.
In this case employees shall to provide photocopy birth certificate to the Human Resources Department within 3 months after giving a birth.

PATERNITY LEAVE
Male employees are entitled to two (2) days of Paternity Leave up to 5 surviving children. Employees must submit a copy of the Birth Certificate to be granted Paternity Leave.

MARRIAGE LEAVE
Unmarried employees shall be granted a maximum of three (3) days Marriage Leave. This Marriage Leave is only valid for the employee’s first legal marriage. Application for Marriage Leave must be proven by providing a legal Marriage Certificate.
Employee shall also be granted for two (2) days leave upon children marriage.

BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
The employee shall be granted paid bereavement leave not to exceed the following number of working days in the event of death of the employee’s:-
- Spouse 5 days
- Immediate family being regarded as parents, parents-in-law and children 3 days
- Brothers, sisters and grandparents 2 days
provided that the total number of days in any one calendar year shall not exceed seven (7) working days.
An employee is required to obtain prior permission before taking any Bereavement Leave.
Where Bereavement Leave is requested by an employee, the onus shall be upon the employee to produce evidence (i.e. death certificate) to the satisfaction of the Company in order to qualify for paid Bereavement Leave. In the event that it is subsequently found that leave has been obtained through misrepresentation of facts, the employee granted such Bereavement Leave shall be subjected to disciplinary action in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

BIRTHDAY LEAVE
All employees are entitled one (1) day of paid Birthday Leave and MUST be applied at least three (3) days in advance. Employees under probationary period are not allowed to utilize their Birthday Leave until they get confirmation in writing. Birthday Leave shall be utilized on the employee’s birthday month or else it will be forfeited.

EXAMINATION LEAVE
All confirmed employees are entitled a maximum of five (5) days of paid Examination Leave.
Only the following are included under the examination leave application: -
- Tertiary Education
- Professional examination
*Other types of examination are subject to approval from Human Resource Department. The employee mandatory to attached supporting document.

CIRCUMCISION/BAPTISM LEAVE
The employee shall be granted paid maximum of two (2) days paid for circumcision/baptism leave.

CUTI MELAHIRKAN
Karyawan perempuan berhak atas cuti melahirkan berbayar selama 1,5 (satu setengah) bulan sebelum melahirkan dan 1,5 (satu setengah) bulan setelah melahirkan sesuai dengan keterangan dari dokter.
Karyawan perempuan berhak atas cuti keguguran berbayar selama 1,5 (satu setengah) bulan atau sesuai dengan keterangan dari dokter.
Dalam hal ini karyawan harus memberikan fotokopi akta kelahiran kepada Departemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam waktu 3 bulan setelah melahirkan.

CUTI AYAH UNTUK KELAHIRAN ANAK
Karyawan laki-laki berhak atas 2 (dua) hari Cuti Ayah hingga 5 anak. Karyawan harus menyerahkan salinan Akta Kelahiran untuk mendapatkan Cuti Ayah.

CUTI NIKAH
Karyawan yang belum menikah akan diberikan Cuti Nikah maksimal tiga (3) hari. Cuti Nikah ini hanya berlaku untuk pernikahan sah pertama karyawan. Permohonan Cuti Nikah harus dibuktikan dengan memberikan Surat Nikah yang sah.
Karyawan juga diberikan cuti selama dua (2) hari untuk pernikahan anak karyawan.

CUTI BERKABUNG
Karyawan diberikan cuti berkabung berbayar yang tidak melebihi jumlah hari kerja berikut jika terjadi kematian:-
- Pasangan/suami/istri karyawan, selama 5 hari
- Keluarga langsung; orang tua, mertua, dan anak, selama 3 hari
- Saudara laki-laki, saudara perempuan, dan kakek-nenek, selama 2 hari
dengan ketentuan bahwa jumlah hari dalam satu tahun kalender tidak boleh melebihi tujuh (7) hari kerja.
Karyawan diharuskan untuk mendapatkan izin terlebih dahulu sebelum mengambil Cuti Berkabung.
Apabila karyawan ingin mengajukan Cuti Berkabung, maka ia harus menunjukkan bukti (yaitu sertifikat kematian) kepada Perusahaan agar memenuhi syarat untuk Cuti Berkabung berbayar. Jika diketahui bahwa cuti telah diperoleh melalui pemalsuan informasi, maka karyawan yang diberikan Cuti Berkabung tersebut akan dikenakan tindakan disipliner sesuai dengan Pedoman Perilaku.

CUTI ULANG TAHUN
Semua karyawan berhak atas 1 (satu) hari cuti Ulang Tahun berbayar, dan cuti ini HARUS diajukan setidaknya tiga (3) hari sebelumnya. Karyawan dalam masa percobaan tidak diperbolehkan menggunakan Cuti Ulang Tahun hingga mereka mendapatkan konfirmasi secara tertulis. Cuti Ulang Tahun akan digunakan pada bulan ulang tahun karyawan atau jika tidak maka akan hangus.

CUTI UJIAN
Semua karyawan berhak mendapatkan Cuti Ujian selama lima (5) hari setelah dikonfirmasi.
Hanya berikut ini yang termasuk dalam permohonan cuti ujian: -
- Pendidikan Tinggi
- Ujian profesi
* Jenis ujian lain harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari Departemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Karyawan wajib melampirkan dokumen pendukung.

CUTI KHITAN/BAPTIS ANAK
Karyawan diberikan cuti khitan/baptis anak selama maksimal dua (2) hari.
