Your unauthorized use of [ΧΧΧ] is likely to cause confusion regarding the source or sponsorship of the goods you sell.
Your continued use of [ΧΧΧΧ] will ensure that consumers will be misled into believing that your company and restaurant operations, including those at [ΧΧΧ] Taverna Restaurant are associated with or sponsored by ΧΧΧ or its affiliated companies.
Accordingly, please let this letter serve as formal legal notice to, and demand upon, ΧΧΧΧ Taverna Restaurant immediately (a) to CEASE AND DESIST operating the restaurant as a ΧΧΧΧ, and (b) to DE-CHARACTERIZE the restaurant through the removal of all ΧΧΧΧ trademarks and trade names from the restaurant location and website, and the return to ΧΧΧ of all confidential and proprietary materials and intellectual property belonging to ΧΧΧ and constituting part of the ΧΧΧ business system.

Στο δάπεδο και στα πλευρικά τοιχώματα του υπογείου διαπιστώνεται παντελής έλλειψη θερμομόνωσης (γρ. 1). Γενικά, δίνεται μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην θερμομόνωση του κατώτερου δαπέδου σε περίπτωση απουσίας υπογείου (γρ. 2), ενώ θεωρείται επιβεβλημένη η εφαρμογή θερμομόνωσης στην πλάκα της εκτεθειμένης κατώτερης πλάκας σε περίπτωση πυλωτής (γρ. 3).

Findings show that there is a total lack of thermal insulation in the floor and lateral walls of basements (graph 1). Thermal insulation of the lower floor is generally more emphasized, when the basement is absent (graph 2), while it is considered absolutely necessary to apply thermal insulation to the lower exposed slab, in case there is an underdeck parking area (graph 3).
From the above it is concluded that respondents do not identify the need of applying thermal insulation regarding basement and lower floor protection, because (according to the Regulation) basements are not included in the overall construction, thus overlooking the scientific background (temperature dependence, parts of overground lateral walls) and mostly the usual tenants’ practice of turning semi-basements into main use areas.
External walls are the parts of the building envelope, where thermal insulation is generally applied (graphs 4 and 5). However, during the surveying procedure it was clarified that the thermal bridge problem in reinforcement connections (wall ties) of double walls is not considered significant, although the respondents are aware of it. Consequently wall ties remain actually non-insulated.
It is noteworthy that no thermal insulation is applied to cantilevers (which constitute typical frail construction points) and its use is considered redundant (graph 9), although absence of insulation in these specific points causes extended thermal bridges.

Pamuk tarımında gübreleme, verimi doğrudan etkileyen en önemli uygulamalardan biridir. Kullanılacak gübre miktarının tespiti için öncelikle toprak analizi yaptırılmalıdır. Toprak analiz sonuçları da dikkate alınarak, sulu pamuk tarımında hektara saf olarak 160-180 kg azot, 60-80 kg fosfor, 60-80 kg potasyum düşecek şekilde bir gübreleme programı uygulanır. Fosforlu ve potasyumlu gübreleri ekimden önce, azotlu gübrenin yarısını ekimden önce, geriye kalanını üst gübre olarak uygulanır. Dengeli fosfor gübrelemesi çiçeklenmeyi dolayısıyla verimi arttırır, olgunlaşma süresinin kısalmasına katkı sağlayarak hasadı erkenleştirir. Potasyum, solgunluk şiddetini azalttığından, Azot: Fosfor: Potasyum oranının 1: 0.7: 1 olmasına dikkat edilmelidir.
