1. Klien Tetap (Retainer Client)
Sebagai Klien Tetap (Retainer Client), kami menawarkan imbalan jasa profesional, termasuk pelayanan jasa konsultasi di luar biaya Litigasi. Penggunaan jasa konsultasi tersebut tidak akan hangus sampai jangka waktu tertentu. Jasa hukum sebagai Retainer Client tersebut kami berikan untuk melayani permintaan Legal Assistance, Legal Drafting, Legal Opinion & Legal Advice, dan Review Document.
Fee:
Biaya perbulan sebagai Legal Konsultan sebesar Rp.50.000.000,- (lima puluh juta rupiah) untuk setiap bulannya dan atau Rp.300.000.000,- (tiga ratus juta rupiah) selama 6 (enam) bulan.
Konsultasi hukum dilaksanakan dalam waktu maksimal 15 (lima belas) jam dengan bonus 5 (lima) jam, sehingga total konsultasi setiap bulannya berjumlah 20 (dua puluh) jam. Dalam hal terdapat kelebihan waktu setiap bulannya maka kelebihan waktu tersebut akan kami hitung Rp.1.000.000,- (satu juta rupiah) / jam.
2. Jasa hukum untuk menangani kasus hukum tertentu (private case)
Sedangkan untuk menangani kasus-kasus hukum tertentu misalnya Litigasi besarnya imbalan jasa akan ditentukan menurut ruang lingkup dari pekerjaan masing-masing sebagaimana tersebut di bawah ini.
Struktur Fee :
Mengenai struktur fee untuk penyelesaian penagihan kewajiban hutang bermasalah terhadap pihak ke-tiga, terdapat 3 (tiga) jenis Fee yaitu Lawyer Fee dan Pre-Operating Fee serta Success Fee.
Berikut ini uraian dari masing-masing Fee tersebut :
Lawyer fee :
Pembayaran jasa bantuan/layanan hukum (honorarium) yang diberikan oleh klien kepada Law Office SUHARDI La MAIRA & Associates sesuai dengan tingkat kesulitan penanganan permasalahan dengan memperhitungkan persentase dari total tagihan yaitu sebesar 10% (sepuluh perseratus) dari total tagihan, jika penagihan di atas Rp.1.000.000.000,- (satu milyar rupiah) maka lawyer fee sebesar 7% (tujuh perseratus).
Pre-Operating fee :
Biaya Operasional yang diberikan di muka untuk setiap penugasan dan akan diperhitungkan sebagai bagian dari success fee yang diterima Law Office SUHARDI La MAIRA & Associates
Biaya tersebut di atas akan ditambah dengan out of pocket expenses (Telephone, Transportasi, Akomodasi, Uang Saku dan lainnya)
Success Fee :
Biaya yang akan diberikan oleh Klien kepada Law Office SUHARDI La MAIRA & Associates apabila telah berhasil menyelesaikan permasalahan hukum yang dihadapi oleh klien, baik itu penyelesaian melalui perdamaian maupun penyelesaian melalui proses peradilan. Besarnya success fee berdasarkan presentase dari total tagihan, yaitu sebesar 5% (lima perseratus) dari total tagihan.
Dengan para Advokat yang mempunyai latar belakang sebagai profesional di bidang Hukum Litigasi & Korporasi Bisnis yang sudah biasa terlibat dalam mendesain, mengembangkan, melaksanakan, mengontrol, serta menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan, Law Office SUHARDI La MAIRA & Associates dalam mengimplementasikan pelayanan jasa hukum dalam batas-batas tertentu memberikan perhatian atau kepedulian, kesadaran pada aspek-aspek bisnis lainnya seperti aspek Financial, Akuntasi, Manajemen, Kelayakan Implementasi Usaha, Pengawasan, dan lain-lain dengan tetap memperhatikan Profesionalisme.
Mengenai bentuk layanan hukum dan struktur fee sebagaimana tersebut di atas akan dibuat di dalam Perjanjian Jasa Bantuan Hukum (PJBH) antara Law Office SUHARDI La MAIRA & Associates dengan Klien yang mengatur secara rinci mengenai hak & kewajiban.
Bahwa pembayaran terhadap semua biaya dan success fee sebagaimana dikemukakan dalam company profile ini merupakan pendapatan bersih (nett) tanpa dikurangi/dipotong dengan Pajak Penghasilan (pph), atau dengan kata lain Pajak ditanggung oleh klien, dan dapat direalisasikan dengan mentransfer ke :

1. Fixed client (Client Retainer)
As Client Fixed (Retainer Client), we offer a professional service fee, including consulting services beyond the cost of litigation. Consultancy services usage will not be burned until a certain time period. Those Legal services as Retainer Client provided by our firm as serving in Legal Assistance request, Legal Drafting, Legal Opinion & Legal Advice, and Review Document.
Fee:
Cost per month as a Legal Consultant is Rp.50.000.000, - (fifty million rupiah) for each month and / or Rp.300.000.000, - (three hundred million rupiah) for 6 (six) months.
Consultation held within the legal maximum of 15 (fifteen) hours with a bonus 5 (five) hours, thus the total consultation’s hour each month are 20 (twenty) hours. In case there is excess time every month then the excess time will be counted Rp.1.000.000, - (one million rupiah) per hour.
2. Legal services to deal with certain legal cases (private case)
As for handling legal cases such as litigation, certain amount of service fee will be determined by the scope of their work as mentioned below.
Fee Structure:
About the fee structure for the payment of problematic debt obligations of third parties, there are 3 (three) types of fee: Lawyer Fee, Pre-Operating Fee and the Success Fee.
Here are the descriptions of each of these Fee:
Lawyer fee:
Payment assistance services / legal services (honorarium) is given by the client to the Law Office Suhardi La Maira & Associates in accordance with the level of difficulty of handling the problem by taking a percentage of the total bill in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the total bill, if billing on the USD .1.000.000.000, - (one billion rupiah) the lawyer fee of 7% (seven percent).
Pre-Operating fee:
Operational costs are provided in advance for each assignment and will be counted as part of the success fee received by Law Office Suhardi La Maira & Associates
Costs mentioned above will be added to the out of pocket expenses (Telephone, Transportation, Accommodation, and other Allowances)
Success Fee:
The cost will be given by the Client to the Law Office Suhardi La Maira & Associates if the firm has successfully complete the legal problems of the client, either through a peace settlement or resolution through the judicial process. The amount of success fee based on a percentage of the total bill, which is 5% (five percent) of the total bill.
Our Advocates have a background as a professional in the field of Litigation & Corporate Law Business, thus they are familiar in designing, developing, implementing, controlling, and solve various problems, Law Office Suhardi La Maira & Associates in the implementation of legal services in certain limits are giving particular attention or awareness, awareness of the business aspects such as financial aspects, Accounting Management, Business Feasibility of Implementation, Monitoring, and others with due observance of Professionalism.
Regarding the form of legal services and fee structure as mentioned above will be made on the Legal Aid Services Agreement (PJBH) between the Law Office Suhardi La Maira & Associates with a client which regulates the detail of the rights & obligations.

Source text - English It was only a kiss. One stupid kiss. No big deal, “ Jordan said firmly from her perch on an overstuffed chair at Joes. She uttered the words with such conviction that she surprised herself. To the naked ear it might have sounded as if Jordan actually believed what she was talking about. As if she hadn’t been up most of last night, cheeks tearstained from worry and guilt and feeling totally jerk-like for kissing Shane Dresden – a boy who was a friend, yes, but who was, most certainly, not Jordan’s boyfriend. The lovable Nate Lombardo had held that title for the past year and a half.
Nisha was sitting cross-legged on a yellow loveseat, wearing her favorite vintage jeans with the perfect holes in the knees, a crisp white tee, and a pair of cute metallic ballet flats. Jordan squirmed as she watched her friend’s exotic almond-shaped eyes go from wide to narrow.” Yeah. Uh-huh. I don’t believe you,’ Nisha said. Apparently the girl did not have a naked ear; she had those supersonic best friends ears that could detect the slightest tone of doubt.
Not knowing how to replay, Jordan took a long sip of her spicy chai, letting her eyes wander to the old claw-foot bathtub filled with yellowing paperbacks for taking. She noticed two scruffy-looking boys lounging a couple of seats over – one in black-framed glasses and baggy, paint splattered jeans the other with a guitar case slung over a wingback chair. The guy with the guitar had a cute shaggy haircut, the color of sand, which was how Jordan always imagined Nate’s was how Jordan always imagined Nate’s might look if he let it grow out a little.
Nate. Another pang of guilt pinched her chest.
“ Kissing Shane was nothing, all right? ” Jordan said. Why couldn’t believe it too. “Don’t people kiss all the time ?” she added with a wave of her chai for emphasis. “ Like that foreign exchange students, Paolo. He kisses people twice to say ‘ hi ‘ then does it again to say ‘bye; or whatever. That’s like four kisses in passing alone. So why does kissing Shane once have to be such a big deal?”
Nisha titled her head, seeming to consider it. “ Okay, first of all, Paolo doesn’t count. He’s Italian. His kissing is either totally cultural . . . or he’s doing it because he’s got a cute accent so he knows he can get away with it. And second ? I thought you said kissing Shane wasn’t a big deal.”
“Hmm.” Nisha placed her enormous cup of peach tea lemonade on a metal end table and leaned forward. “ I guess that’s why you can’t stop talking about it, huh ?”
“Fine,” Jordan replied. “ From this moment forward I’ll refrain from ever mentioning Shane Dresden and/or his lips again. See ?” she pretended to close an invisible zipper over her mouth. But the truth was, Jordan wanted to go on forever about how kissing Shane wasn’t a big deal because she knew that when she was finally quiet she’d have to deal with accidentally flushed her relationship with Nate down the toilet.
Voted “Most Likely to Live Happily Ever After” in the yearbook, she had Nate were their high school’s favorite couple. She wasn’t fooling anyone. “I mean, there Nate was, being all super-boyfriend in my den, munching on microwave popcorn and watching a movie that I’d picked out. And where was I ? I was kissing Shane right in front of my house.” She covered her face with her hands, feeling the familiar sting of tears behind her eyes. “God, could I be any more evil?”
“You’re not evil, Jord. You didn’t go out there intending to kiss the guy,” Nisha reminded her. “He said he wanted his jacket back and you went to return it and to tell him to get the hint – that you’re with Nate.”
It was true. And Jordan wanted to be with Nate, but there was something about Shane that stirred her every time she saw him. The boy may have been unconventional looking with his uneven jet-black hair and nail polish to match, but he was also poetic and intense. Jordan found herself strangely attracted to him – which was why she’d stopped returning his calls.
Nisha leaned forward, putting a hand on Jordan’s knee. “Things happen, Jord. People make mistakes.” She handed her a brown paper napkin. “Here.”
Jordan dried her eyes, grateful to have such a good friend. Ever since second grade, right or wrong, Nisha had always had her back. But Jordan knew she had to make this situation good again somehow. Should she pour her heart out to Nate and beg his forgiveness ? Hold it all inside and hope that he never found out ?
Or break up with him ?
“Look, maybe it’s like you said,” Nisha went on, “one kiss shouldn’t be a big deal.”
“It shouldn’t …” Jordan trailed off as she remembered Shane’s soft, cherry-colored lips – a warm contrast against his pale skin and mysterious dark eyes. How she’d welcomed the feel of his arms as they lingered in an embrace long after the kiss had ended. Jordan’s heart had left as if it might have thumped right out of her chest from beating so hard.
“Oh, boy,” Nisha said. “By the look on your face, I gather Shane’s lip-lock was pretty good?”
“Unforgettable,” Jordan admitted. “That’s the problem.” Was it worth giving up Nate for ?
“So what are you going to do ?” Nisha asked.
“I have to choose, ”Jordan replied, though it sounded strange saying it out loud. Choose whom ? There was only one choice: the boy who’d been there since junior year. The one who knew her and liked her friends. She couldn’t imagine slow dancing at the prom with anyone else.
“Nate?” Nisha asked hopefully, and Jordan nodded.
“Right now, I can’t see myself without him and I don’t think I want to.”
“ Not to mention that the whole school would probably riot if you guys broke up right before prom,” Nisha half-joked.

Ciumannya sepenuhnya budaya . . . atau dia melakukan itu karena dia punya aksen menawan sehingga dia tahu dia bisa lolos meski dengan cium sana cium sini. Dan kedua? Kupikir kamu bilang mencium Shane bukan sesuatu yang penting.”
“Oh, memang nggak penting,” Jordan meyakinkannya. “Jadi nggak. Benar-benar, benar-benar, nggak.”
“Hmm.” Nisha menempatkan cangkirnya yang sangat besar yang berisi teh lemon persik di atas meja berujungkan logam dan menyandarkan badannya ke depan. “Kukira itulah kenapa kamu gak bisa berhenti membicarakan tentang itu, huh ?
“Baiklah,” Jordan menjawab. “ Sejak saat ini aku akan menahan diri dari menyebutkan nama Shane Dresden dan/atau bibirnya lagi. Lihat?” dia berpura-pura menutup satu resleting tak terlihat terhadap mulutnya. Tetapi sebenarnya, Jordan ingin terus membicarakan tentang bagaimana mencium Shane bukan sesuatu yang sangat penting karena dia tahu ketika dia akhirnya diam dia harus menghadapi permasalahan kalau-kalau dengan tidak sengaja dia membuang hubungannya dengan Nate selama-lamanya.
