These are towering giants that are capable of crushing a tank – like the Tyranid Carnifex, a creature bioengineered and evolved to become a living battering ram. While Monstrous Creatures use many of the Infantry rules, their size and destructive capability make them a lot more dangerous.

English to Russian: Translation of a contract on an event arrangement Detailed field: Law: Contract(s)
Source text - English MAXMEDIUM AGENCY and TEAM SEEFRIED have agreed to arrange the organization in line with the details determined below and the general terms and conditions of TEAM SEEFRIED (attached to this contract). The oral communications between the parties regarding the implementation of this agreement shall be confirmed in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).
TEAM SEEFRIED acts at any rate merely as an intermediary for services of third parties and reserves the right to contract, after having received confirmation of the reservation, in case of changes made by the suppliers to the disadvantage of the client, other suppliers to the advantage of the client on short notice.
Should a customer or a participant either withdraw from the contract or not participate in the event, TEAM SEEFRIED shall be entitled to a compensation for the arrangements made and for the expenditures incurred. In order to determine the amount of this compensation, normally not incurred expenditures as well as a normally potential alternative use of services shall be taken into consideration.
In any case, even if the customer should decide to cancel the event in total, all expenditures incurred for planning and organization shall be compensated for.
TEAM SEEFRIED shall be entitled to charge such compensation in form of a lump sum which is based on a certain percentage of the price. The amount shall be depending on the moment notice of rescission was given.
Translation - Russian «МАКСМЕДИУМ ЭДЖЕНСИ» и «ТИМ СИФРАЙД» договорились провести организационную работу на основе определенных ниже положений и общих условий «ТИМ СИФРАЙД» (прилагаются к данному договору). Устные договоренности сторон относительно исполнения данного договора должны быть подтверждены в письменном виде (письмом, по факсу или посредством электронной почты).
В любом случае «ТИМ СИФРАЙД» действует лишь как посредник в оказании услуг со стороны третьих сторон и, по получении уведомления о сохранении за собой права на этот договор, сохраняет за собой право на договор в случае, если поставщики вносят в договор изменения, создающие неблагоприятное положение для клиента, иные поставщики незаблаговременно вносят изменения к выгоде для клиента.
Даже если заказчик или участник выходит из договора или участвует в мероприятии «ТИМ СИФРАЙД» имеет право на получение компенсации за заключенные договора или понесенные расходы. Source text - Russian В котельной установлены два водогрейных котла ПТВМ-30, имеющих единичную тепловую мощность 30 Гкал/час. Амортизационный износ 80-90%, загруженность – 95%, с учетом перспективы застройки – 100%.
Система теплоснабжения – закрытая. Отпуск тепла осуществляется через ЦТП. В соответствии с данными Речицкого коммунального унитарного предприятия “Теплосеть”, расчетный температурный график отпуска тепла 120-70 со срезкой на 105 ОС при -16 ОС. Теплоносителем для систем горячего водоснабжения, вентиляции и систем отопления является сетевая вода. Давление прямой сетевой воды – 0,60 МПа, обратной – 0,30 МПа. Условный диаметр труб в подающей и обратной магистралях – 500 мм.
КПД котельной составляет порядка 89,3%, что соответствует удельному расходу условного топлива на отпуск тепловой энергии 160 кг/Гкал.
Нагрузки котельной по месяцам и в неотопительный (летний) период по электроэнергии и природному газу приведены, соответственно, в таблицах 1 и 2.
Translation - English The boiler house has two water-heating PTVM-30 boilers having single heat capacity of 30 Gcal/hour. Amortization wear is 80-90%, load utilization factor is 95%, which could increase up to 100% with the connection of additional heat load.
The heat supply system is of a “closed” type. Heat energy is produced at the Central Heat Supply Station (CHSS). According to Rechitsa Communal Unitary Enterprise “Teploset” the heat supply regime is 120-70 with a cut-off of 105 ОС at -16 ОС. The heat carrier for hot water supply (HWS), ventilation and space heating systems is delivery water. Direct delivery water pressure is 0.60 MPa, that of the return one is 0.30 MPa.
