Source text - English harmonic oscillator A system (in either *classical physics or *quantum mechanics) that oscillates with *simple harmonic motion. The harmonic oscillator is exactly soluble in both classical mechanics and quantum mechanics. Many systems exist for ehich harmonic oscillators provide very good approximation. An example in classical mechanics is a simple *pendulum, while at low temperatures atoms vibrating about their mean positions in molecules or crystal lattices can be regarded as good approximations to harmonic oscillators in quantum mechanics. Even if a system is not exactly a harmonic oscillator the solution of the harmonic oscillator is frequently a useful starting point for solving such systems using *perturbation theory. Source text - Romanian Art. 72. – La primirea cererii pentru deschiderea procedurii succesorale notarul public va verifica dacă aceasta cuprinde toate datele necesare, și anume: data decesului și ultimul domiciliu al autorului succesiunii, numele, prenumele și domiciliul succesibililor, bunurile succesorale și eventualele datorii ale defunctului, indicând părților interesate să o completeze.
Translation - English Art. 72. – Upon receiving the application for opening the succession notarization, the notary public shall verify if it contains all the necessary data, namely: the death date and the last residence of the succession originator, the first name, last name and residence of the potential successors, the inheritable goods and the possible debts of the deceased, offering to the interested parties directions for filling it up.
