Bio
PRISMA has been offering technical translation, editing/desktop publishing, technical writing and training services since 1989.
Our services include the translation from Italian and English into the main European and Oriental languages (and vice versa).
We translate and prepare technical materials such as assembly manuals, use and maintenance guides, and operating manuals.
We also perform translation/localization of software packages, expert systems, CBT courses, on-line help guides, and Web pages.

PRISMA Quality Management System has been certified under the UNI EN ISO 9002 standard since 1995 and presently conforms to ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
We are focused on two objectives only: guaranteeing our customer the highest possible quality and the lowest possible cost. To this end, we test and evaluate every available method that could optimize the translation process, to the point of creating our own tools, when necessary, for computer assisted translation and the management of terminological databases.
Every Prisma customer is guaranteed consistency of style and terminology in their documentation over time, due to the careful attention we pay to creating style sheets, glossaries and long-term relationships with stable and dedicated groups of translators.
