المقدمة
اليوم لا توجد أي وظيفة عالمية تضاهي وظيفة الطيار. وحيث أن العالم يزداد ترابطاً فإن مدرسة أيروتك تقدم دورة تدريبية مصممة لتلبية إحتياجات السوق في جميع أنحاء العالم.

نحن نقدم دورة تدريبية كاملة في الملاحة الجوية للطلاب الأجانب شاملة كل من الطعام والسكن والتدريب على التحليق جواً وكل ذلك ضمن حرم مدرسة الملاحة الجوية حيث المرافق فيها لا تبعد أكثر من 200 متر فيما بينها. ومدرسة أيروتك تأخذ عين الإعتبار كل احتياجات الطلاب بما في ذلك الدراسة بحد ذاتها الى الاندماج في العادات المحلية. فالأمر ليس مقتصراً على الحصص الدراسية فقط بل يتعداها لكونه خبرة حياة. فنحن نؤمن كافة مزايا الدراسة باخارج بدون أي مشقة. وبالتالي فإن اهتمام الطلاب الأول هو التدريب فقط.

تعتبر مدرسة أيروتك من أحد أهم المدارس الخاصة للطيران في أسبانيا. و قد تأسست في مدريد عام 1993 وقطعت شوطاً طويلاً في التقدم منذ أن بدأت: لدى أيروتك قواعد جوية في كل من مدينة مدريد, و سيفيّا, و تنيريف ,و غران كاناريا ,وبالمادي مايوركا, ويفخر أسطولها بضمه ل29 طائرة.
وبالرغم من تطور مدرستنا فإن أيروتك كانت دائماً مسترشدة بنفس القيم الأساسية وهي: السلامة و التفوق الأكاديمي و الجودة العالية المترسخة في كل مجال والإبتكار التكنلوجي.

إنّ شبكة قواعد أيروتك الجوية تنتشر عبر شبه جزيرة إيبيريا و تتوزع بين مراكز الطرق الجوية الاوروبية الرئيسية التي تمثل مواقع حيوية جداً في بلد سياحي مثل اسبانيا.
و من أجل المحافظة على هذه القواعد الجوية لدينا أيضا خدمات الصيانة التقنية الخاصة بنا والتي توفر شبكة أمان إضافية لطلابنا و تضعنا في أدنى مرتبة من حيث الحوادث الملاحة بين جميع المدارس الأوربية وفقاً لمؤسسات الطيران الاوروبية.
و أخيراً نتحدث عن العمود الفقري لمدرستنا الا وهو أسطولنا الجوي والذي يتألف من 29 طائرة من جميع الفئات الأساسية (طائرات أحادية المحرك توربينية و جوية وبالإضافة الى طائرات تقليدية مزدوجة المحرك) وكلها تحت تصرف طلابنا فهي أفضل وسيلة لتبلور معرفتهم من خلالها.
الاسطول بأكمله يتألف من 29 طائرة و منها:
• 11 طائرة سيسنا سي-172
• 12 طائرة متطورة بيبر بي-أي-128 (9 جوية و 3 توربينية)
• 5 طائرات بيبر بي-أي-34 سينيكا تربو ذات محرك مزدوج
• 2 طائرة دايموند دي-أي-40-180 ذات نموذج "أن أر جي" المتطور (تكنولوجية رائعة مصنوعة من الألياف الزجاجية)

لا قيود مالية, ولا رحلات طويلة, ولا مشاكل. هذه هي الفلسفة التي كانت موجودة في أذهاننا عندما صممنا مركزنا الدولي للتدريب الواقع في مطار سون بوناي في مبنى بون دينكا. وقد أنشئت خدماتنا بهدف تلبية كل الإحتياجات الأساسية للطلاب و في نفس الوقت أن نظل على اتصال مع باقي الجزيرة.
والخلاصة إن خدماتنا تشمل غرفاً للنوم وفصول دراسية وأجهزة محاكاة الطيران ومطعماً و مدرجاً للطائرات وكلها على بعد أمتار قليلة فيما بينها وتتسع ل50 طالب وتستغرق الوصول إليها أقل من 10 دقائق بالسيارة من مطار سان خوان الدولي. وبالتالي فإن وقت الطلاب لا يهدر في السفر بين المناطق المختلفة و لا يضطروا لمغادرة المركز ومع إن بقاءهم بالمركز يمكن أن يفوت عليهم فرصة الاستمتاع باحدى أهم مناطق الجذب وهي الجزيرة ذاتها.

تعد المرافق و مكان الدراسة من الأشياء المهمة لتدريب الطلاب و مع ذلك فإننا كلنا نعلم في نهاية الأمر بأن التجربة الدراسية هي أعظم من ذلك بكثير: فلم يكن اختيارنا لجزيرة بالما دي مايوركا ليكون فيها مركزنا لتدريب الدولي صدفةً بأي حال من الأحوال.
و مايوركا هي منطقة مميزة تجمع بين كونها مقصداً سياحياً لا نظير له و عراقتها في مجال التدريب الجوي. إن المناطق الطبيعية المحيطة الخلابة التي تتألف من أجوان صافية و غابات صنوبر تكتنف سواحلها والطقس الدافئ المتفاخر به بمتوسط سنوي قدره 17 درجة مئوية بالإضافة إلى التراث الثقافي الغني كان قد جعل بالما دي مايوركا المقصد الأول للسياحة الإسبانية و المقصد الثاني للسياحة الأوروبية.
وكما ترون فإنه ليس من باب المصادفة أنّ مكانا كهذا يكون المكان المفضل لعطلة ملك إسبانيا. إنّ بالما دي مايوركا هي أرض الترفيه و الإستمتاع بالثقافة و التجارة بالإضافة إلى أنها تستغرق أقل من ساعة سفر واحدة من أي عاصمة أأوروبية رئيسة وبالتالي فهي المنطقة المفضلة لطلابنا الأجانب ليس للتعلم فحسب بل أيضا ليعيشو تجربة التعلم.

و حيث أنّ كل هذا لن يكن مجدياً من دون المحتوي التعليمي المناسب لكي يجعله ذا مغري و لذلك فإنّ مدرسة أيروتك تقدم لطلابها مجموعة من الدورات المختلفة التي تتناسب مع الإحتياجات لكل فرد, من الممارسة البسيطة المقتضبة لاكتساب الخبرة الميدانية لاستكمال التدريب المتلقى في بلدهم الأم إلى الدورات التدريبية الطيرانية "آب إينيشو" التي ستحول المبتدئون إلى طيارين مهنيين يستطيعون أن يعملو مع أهم شركات الطيران.

AEROTEC INTERNATIONAL COURSE
We offer a full Aeronautic training course for foreign students: board and lodging, training and flying practice, all within an Aeronautic Campus with less than 200 m between facilities. AEROTEC will take care of all the students’ needs, from the studies themselves to the immersion in local customs. It is not just about the classes, it is a life experience. We provide all the advantages of studying abroad without the inconveniences, meaning the only thing the students have to worry about is their own training.

MEET AEROTEC
AEROTEC is one of the main private pilot schools in Spain. Founded in Madrid in 1993, it has come a long way since it started: today, AEROTEC has bases in Madrid, Seville, Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Palma de Mallorca, and its fleet boasts a total of 29 airplanes.
Despite the school’s development, AEROTEC has always been guided by the same fundamental values: Safety, academic excellence, quality in all areas and cutting-edge technology.
MEET OUR BODY
AEROTEC is located throughout a network of bases across the Iberian Peninsula, distributed around the hubs of the main European air routes, these being vital locations in a country as touristic as ours.
In order to maintain these bases we also have our own technical maintenance service, providing an additional safety net for our students and, according to the European aeronautical institutions, placing us in the lowest ranking amongst all of the European schools in terms of accidents and incidents.
And finally to the backbone of our school, our air fleet. Comprised of 29 ships from all the basic categories (atmospheric and turbocharged single engine airplanes, as well as conventional dual engine aircrafts), all at the disposal of our students, they are the best tool to make their knowledge take shape.
No financial constraints, no long commutes, no problems. This is the philosophy we had in mind when designing our International Training Centre. Located at Son Bonet Airport, at the Pont D’Inca terminal, our facilities have been created with the aim of covering all the basic needs of the students whilst still being well connected with the rest of the island.
The end result? Bedrooms, classrooms, simulators, restaurant and runway, all located within a few meters of one other, with a capacity of 50 students and less than 10 minutes away by car from the international San Juan Airport (LEPA). The students don’t waste time travelling between different areas, nor do they need to leave the Centre, although then they may perhaps miss out on one of the main attractions: the island itself.

The facilities and study location are important for the student’s training but we know that in the end, the studying experience is way more than that: choosing Palma de Mallorca for our International Training Centre is not a coincidence by any means.
Mallorca is a privileged region which combines an unrivalled touristic destination with a longstanding aeronautic tradition. Its breathtaking natural surroundings comprising of virgin coves and pine forests flanking its coastline, the warm Mediterranean weather boasting an average annual temperature of 17ºC and its rich cultural heritage have made Palma de Mallorca the number one Spanish tourist destination, as well as the second tourist destination in Europe.
As you can see, it is no coincidence that such a place is the preferred holiday location for the King of Spain. A land of leisure, culture and business, less than one hour’s flight from the main European capitals, Palma de Mallorca is, by its own merits, the best location for our foreign students not only to learn, but also to live their learning experience.
MEET OUR MIND
Since all of this would be of no use without the proper educational content to make them meaningful, AEROTEC presents their students with an array of different courses adapted to the needs of each individual: from simple flight-time building to acquire field experience to complement the training received in their home country, to full ab-initio aeronautical training courses which turn novices into professional pilots capable of working for the most important airlines.
These are the main types of courses we offer for foreign pilots:
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL): Everything you need to learn in order to join an airline the day you finish the course.
- Modular courses. Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), Multi Engine (ME), Airline Theoretical Pilot License (ATPL Theory), Multi Crew Cooperation Module (MCC). In the case of a tailor-made course for a specific airline, AEROTEC ensures that the training and content meet the challenges faced by the company.
- Flight-time building. AEROTEC offers pilots the possibility of acquiring real flying experience in the best training environment: in the city with the third highest level of air traffic in Spain, in the country with the most sunny days in Europe. A unique flying experience.

As a British national who was born in Hong Kong and spent his teenage years in Lebanon, I am someone with a unique upbringing and unique outlook on life. I have always excelled in an academic setting and have devoted the past 6 years of my life to learning the Arabic language, which is always an uphill struggle, and a thoroughly enjoyable one at that. I was awarded first class honours for my undergraduate degree in Arabic at the University of Edinburgh and am currently studying for a Masters at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, where I study Arabic-English Translation and Computer Assisted Translation Tools.
My professional translation experience so far is almost non-existant - I have only had one client, though he was very pleased with my work - but I am a conscientious and ambitious individual. My original goal was to become a conference interpreter from Arabic into English but I have been enjoying translation much more. My new aim is to work for translation agencies until I get enough experience and enough contacts to become a freelance translator, and hopefully work on acquiring some new languages along the way. I am currently trained in Trados and entirely computer and internet literate.
