I graduated from Silpakorn University in 1988 with a major in Thai and a minor in English, worked as a teacher of Thai and English Languages in Various private and public school in Thailand. I also worked as a training manager for three years at Shinnawatra Paging Company prior to moving to Canada in 1993.
For the past twenty five years in Canada, I have earned my Master's degree in Educational Technology at the University of British Columbia (UBC), a diploma for Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Vancouver Community College. I taught English to new immigrant adults in Vancouver as well as volunteered as a teacher to Thai Children and Canadian adults.
I am confident that my experience of living in Canada and the USA for more than twenty years along with my experience of teaching Thai and English, especially teaching reading and writing skills, strengthen my qualifications. Also, my husband was born in the USA,was educated in England, and had worked as an airline pilot for the major airline of Canada, which assures that I am fully assimilated into English language and its culture.
My husband is now retiring from flying and writing his autobiography in aviation, I am translating this into Thai, and hopefully it will be published in Thailand very soon.
The rate is negotiable as I am doing the translation for the love of language. However, you can be assured of receiving a top quality product, you will pay one price for the team of the two natives !!
