Nota integrativa

Explanatory notes
The 2013 consolidated financial statements have been drawn up in accordance with the International Accounting Principles (IFRS) established by the International Accounting Standards Board and approved by the European Union. The IFRS are understood to also be all the international accounting standards reviewed (“IAS”), all the interpretations of the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (“IFRIC”), previously known as the Standing Interpretations Committee (“SIC”).
The financial statements are prepared on the basis of the historical cost principle, amended as requested for the valuation of various financial instruments, as well as on a going concern basis. The XXX Group, in fact, evaluated that no significant uncertainties exist (as defined by paragraph 25 of accounting standard IAS 1) on the principle of going concern
The income statement has been drawn up with the allocation of the costs by nature; the balance sheet has been prepared in accordance with the format that highlights the separation of the “current/non-current” assets and liabilities, while the indirect method was adopted for the statement of cash flows.
In the income statement, income and costs deriving from non-recurring operations have been separately shown.
The analysis of the income statement and the consolidated statement of financial position and cash flow statement has also been carried out, in accordance with the matters anticipated by IAS 14, highlighting the contribution of the “XXX” and “XXX service” activity sectors taken as primary sectors and providing the most important data relating to the activities by geographic area, Italy and other countries, identified as secondary sectors.
Further to the enforcement of Legislative Decree no. 38 of 28 February 2005, implementing in the Italian regulations the European Regulation No. 1606/2002, companies with securities admitted for trading on Member European Union States’ regulated markets must from 2006 draw up their financial statements in compliance with the international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standard Board (IASB), as approved by the EU Commission.
The financial statements and the notes to the financial statements have been prepared supplying also the additional information on diagrams and budget disclosure provided by Consob resolution no. 15519 and by Consob notification no. 6064293 issued on 28 July 2006.

Suddivisione dell’area

Translation - English
Division of the area

A lake access passageway - The passageway is exclusively for access to the lake, use of the passageway to return from the kite area is strictly prohibited.

B land re-entry passageway - The passageway is exclusively for re-entry from the lake to the kite area; use of the passageway for access to the lake is strictly prohibited.

C preparation and kite deposit area - Area exclusively for the preparation of kites: inflation, laying lines and attachment of lines to kite. Once the preparation stage has been concluded it is necessary to immediately move on to the launching stage by moving to area D, on the contrary, the lines must be rewound onto the bar. The kites present in this area must have the lines correctly wound onto the bar which must be placed as close to the kite as possible, hence occupying the least space possible.

D launch area - Area exclusively for the launching of kites, the area must be occupied only for the time necessary to launch the kite. The deposit of kites and/or the laying of lines in this area is strictly prohibited. The launching of kites outside of this area is strictly prohibited.
During the launch stage the kiter must be positioned at least 30 metres from the enclosure, street side.

Rules and advice

Kite launch and lake access – Before launching your kite, ensure there are no kiters in transit on passageway "B" for re-entry on land from the lake. In the departure area in the water, the presence of the mountain face (Rock) located on the right indicates variable winds, therefore, the departure must take place in the least time possible and the first part must be in body drag. Always avoid loitering in the departure area with your kite in the air. While navigating always maintain a due distance from the departure area and always facilitate kiters that are using this area for departure.

Lake re-entry and laying down of kite – The re-entry to land occurs by crossing the area of the lake utilised for departure. During the re-entry stage always yield to kiters in departure. After having passed the passageway for land re-entry (B), immediately lower your kite towards the deposit area, hence facilitating the re-entry of other kiters. Immediately wind the lines on the boom and position the kite and boom in the deposit area occupying the least possible space. Immediately disencumber the launch area D.

“TIVANO” Wind - NW - Morning wind, 15/18 knots, at times higher than 20/25 knots, steady in the water and gusty in the launch area.
Unassisted launch highly inadvisable. We strongly advise that all newcomers, experts and non-experts to proceed with the launching operations assisted by kiters with expertise experience of the location.

“NORTH” wind – NNW - Strong quadrant or atmospheric disturbance winds, can be higher than 30 knots, very gusty, NOT SUITABLE FOR KITESURFING. Due to the similarity of origin, non-experts of the location often confuse the North and Tivano wind. We strongly recommend TO NOT RAISE YOUR KITE AND TO NOT ACCESS THE LAKE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ESPECIALLY IF EXPERT KITERS ADVISE AGAINST IT

I am a translator-interpreter with many years of experience in the fields of translation and language services part and parcel of the translation business.

I work primarily for important Italian and foreign companies that operate in various sectors such as: banking, tax, legal, technical, industrial, civil engineering, medical, market research (semiotics), marketing, tourism, entertainment, gastronomy and advertising.

I offer my services on an independent basis, I work out of my office which is located just outside of Milan, Italy and have no problems travelling should it be necessary to satisfy the client’s needs. I guarantee that the translations shall be carried out by me only, hence avoiding non-uniform terminology and style which often occurs when the translation of documents is entrusted to more than one translator.

I also offer services of travel planning and booking for English speaking people/companies that wish to visit or work in Italy.
