Source text - Romanian Alegerea profilelor
Profilele (de aluminiu) izolate termic sunt alcătuite din o parte exterioară şi o parte interioară care sunt unite cu o punte izolatoare din material plastic de calitate înaltă (de exemplu: fibră de sticlă din poliamidă durificată) cu lungimea de min 27 mm. Profilele trebuie să suporte încărcarile în mod sigur. Între partea internă şi cea externă, forţele tăietoare apărute trebuie să se transmită în siguranţă prin cuplare (fără glisări între partea de profil internă şi cea externă ). La faţade şi luminatoare, părţile exterioare şi interioare ale profilelor sunt prinse solid una de cealaltă. Momentele de inerţie oferite de producătorul de profile trebuie avute în vedere la alegerea profilelor.
Profilele izolate termic trebuie să fie clasificate conform prescripţiilor în grupe de materiale conform DIN 4108.
Pentru legăturile cu clădirea trebuie prevăzute sisteme de profile cu cleme şi cordoane de izolare.
Principiul izolării termice este prevăzut pentru întreaga construcţie.
Drenajul apei + Eliberarea presiunilor (de vapori)
Aerisirea, respectiv drenajul falţurilor şi al camerelor anterioare ale profilelor trebuie realizat aşa încât umezeala să fie dirijată către exterior. Drenarea camerei anterioare este făcută în totalitate. Eliminarea presiunilor din falţurile de geam trebuie făcută conform prevederilor producătorilor de geam izolat.
Pervaz exterior
Dacă nu sunt alte prevederi, pervazurile folosite sunt din aliaje asemănătoare profilelor de rame şi sunt înclinate cu 8. Pervazul se va prinde prin înşurubare de profilul de bază. Împotriva ridicării şi a fluturării, pervazurile se asigură cu eclise inoxidabile. Capetele şi falţurile de dilatare sunt prevăzute cu căptuşeli potrivite. Acestea formează un sistem cu pervazul.
Cerinţe statice
Construcţia trebuie să respecte cerinţele statice. Dimensiunile şi grosimile materialelor sunt, atât timp cât nu sunt prevăzute iniţial, alese de către ofertant încât să corespundă solicitărilor. Încărcările efective trebuie preluate în siguranţă de către clădire. Pentru încărcările date de vant,respectiv de zapada,miscarile in caz de seism se vor respecta normativele STAS 10101/20-90,STAS 10101/21-92, respectiv normativul P100-92.
Săgeata celui mai lung cant de sticlă nu trebuie să depăşească L/300 dar maxim 8 mm.
Translation - English Choosing the profiles
Thermal break (aluminum) profiles are made of an exterior part and an interior part, united through an insulating thermal bridge made of high quality plastic material (such as fiberglass reinforced polyamide) at least 27 mm long. The profiles must confidently sustain the loads. Between the internal and the external part, the shearing forces must be safely transmitted through coupling (without any sliding prom the internal part of the profile to the external one). For facades and skylights, the exterior and interior parts of the profiles are solidly clamped to one another. The moments of inertia offered by the profile producer must be taken into account when choosing the profiles.
The thermal break profiles must be classified according to the specifications in groups of materials according to DIN 4108.
For bindings to the building, profile systems with clamps and insulation cords are needed.
The whole construction work must follow the principle of thermal insulation.
Water drainage and (vapor) pressure release
Aeration and drainage of the rabbets and anterior chambers of the profiles must be performed so that humidity will be directed towards the exterior. Drainage of the anterior chamber must be total. Releasing the pressure from the glass rabbets must be done in accordance to the specifications of the insulated glass unit producers.
Exterior sills
Unless provided for otherwise, the sills used are made of alloys similar to the frame profiles, tilted at an 8 angle. The sill is clamped by screwing up to the base profile. To prevent raising and waving, the windowsills are ensured with stainless straps. The flaps and expansion folds must have suitable lining. These form a system, together with the windowsill.
Static requirements
The construction must abide to the static requirements. The dimensions and thickness of materials are, as long not predetermined, chosen by the bidder so that they meet the requirements. The actual burdens must be safely taken over by the building. For the burdens given by wind and snow respectively, by movements generated by earthquakes, regulations STAS 10101/20-90,STAS 10101/21-92 and P100-92 respectively must be observed.
The deflection of the longest glass edge must be under L/300 with a maximum of 8 mm.
