Source text - Slovak 1.Objednávateľ a zhotoviteľ (ďalej spoločne tiež „zmluvné strany“) sa dohodli na zmene a doplnení Zmluvy o dielo evidenčné číslo objednávateľa: XXX, evidenčné číslo zhotoviteľa: XXX (ďalej len Zmluva o dielo“).
2.Zmluvné strany sa dohodli na doplnení článku X Zmluvy o dielo o bod X, ktorý bude po nadobudnutí účinnosti tohto dodatku znieť nasledovne:
„2) Zhotoviteľ je oprávnený požadovať od Objednávateľa čiastku za materiál dodaný Zhotoviteľovi alebo objednaný Zhotoviteľom preto, aby bol použitý pre trvalé dielo. Čiastku za dodaný alebo objednaný materiál je Zhotoviteľ oprávnený fakturovať na základe Žiadosti o potvrdenie čiastkovej faktúry, ktorej neoddeliteľnou súčasťou je príslušný dodací list alebo objednávka na predmetný materiál.“
Pôvodné body X) a X) článku X Zmluvy o dielo budú po nadobudnutí účinnosti tohto dodatku označené ako body X) a X).
3.Ustanovenia Zmluvy, ktoré nie sú týmto dodatkom dotknuté, zostávajú bez zmeny.
Translation - English 1.The Employer and the Contractor (therein after together also as “Contract parties”) have agreed to amend and supplement the Works Contract, Employer’s Contract number: XXX, Contractor’s Contract number. XXX (thereinafter “the Contract”).
2. Contract parties have agreed to supplement and amend the Works Contract clause no. X point X. Once this Addendum becomes effective, the clause shall word the following:
“2) The Contractor is entitled to require from the Employer the amount for material delivered to the Contractor or ordered by the Contractor for incorporation into the Permanent Works. The Contractor is entitled to invoice for the costs of delivered or ordered material by an Application for Interim Payment Certificate, which shall be supported by its inseparable part, the relevant delivery document or an order document of particular material.”
Original points X) and X) of the Works Contract clause X shall be renumbered as points X) and X) after this Addendum becomes effective
3. Provisions of the Contract which are not affected by this Addendum shall be unaltered.
4. This Addendum comes into force upon signing by both Contract parties.

Source text - Slovak Chlorid horečnatý sa môže získať v tuhom stave vo forme šupín, ktoré sa používajú ako efektívny rozpúšťač ľadu v rámci zimnej údržby ciest. Kvapalná forma MgCl2 sa používa ako rozmrazovač priamo na cesty ako preventívny a rozmrazujúci prostriedok alebo ako predzmáčací prostriedok tradičných cestných posypových solí (NaCl, CaCl2).
Chlorid horečnatý má oproti chloridom na inej báze (NaCl, CaCl2) technické, technologické a environmentálne výhody. Soli vo všeobecnosti účinkujú ako rozmrazovacie látky, ak absorbovali vzdušnú vlhkosť z ovzdušia, alebo boli vopred navlhčené vodou. Po získaní potrebnej vlhkosti potom uvoľňujú cestu roztoku s vnútorným napätím menším ako je u vody a ľadu. V prípade, že tieto roztoky prídu do styku s ľadom alebo snehom, nemôžu koexistovať pri okolitých teplotách nad eutektickým bodom (-21C pri NaCl a -50C pri CaCl2), čo znamená, že chlorid sodný vo vodnom roztoku pri koncentrácií 22 % môže rozpúšťať ľad až do teploty -21C a chlorid vápenatý pri koncentrácii 30 % vodného roztoku do teploty -50C. Skúmaný materiál na báze MgCl2 má teplotný rozsah rozmrazovacieho účinku v rozsahu od -1C do -34C (eutektická teplota MgCl2 je -34C). MgCl2 dokáže roztápať sneh a ľad v hrúbke 12,7 mm za 10 minút, čo je v porovnaní s inými soľami podstatne vyššia rýchlosť roztápania.
Chlorid horečnatý ako rozmrazovací prostriedok nemá taký negatívny vplyv na kvalitu povrchov ciest a diaľnic Rovnako je MgCl2 ako korózne médium menej agresívne na kovové časti áut a kovové súčastí vozoviek a mostov, ako sú ostatné druhy chloridov. V Tab. č.1 je uvedené porovnanie vplyvu jednotlivých druhov rozmrazujúcich prostriedkov na koróziu kovov.
Translation - English Magnesium chloride can be obtained in solid form as flakes which are used as an efficient ice solvent for winter road maintenance. Liquid form of MgCl2 is used as de-icer, directly on to the road as preventing and thawing agent or as a pre-moistening substance for traditional road salting (NaCl, CaCl2).
Magnesium chloride, in comparison to chlorides on different basis (NaCl, CaCl2) has technical, technological and environmental advantages. Salts in general act as thawing agents after absorbing air moisture from the environment, or if moistened in advance with water. After reaching required moisture content, they free the way to solution with internal stress smaller than in water and ice. In case that these solutions will get in contact with ice or snow, they cannot co-exist at surrounding temperatures above eutectic point (-21C for NaCl and -50C for CaCl2), which means that sodium chloride in water solution at concentration of 22 % can dissolve ice up to temperature of -21C and 30 % water solution of calcium chloride up to temperature of -50C. Examined material on basis of MgCl2 has thawing effect at temperature range from -1C up to -34C (eutectic temperature of MgCl2 is -34C). MgCl2 is able to melt snow and ice in thickness of 12,7 mm within 10 minutes, which is in comparison to other salts considerably higher rate of melting.
Magnesium chloride, as a thawing agent, does not have such negative impact on surface quality of roads and motorways. Moreover, MgCl2 is as a corrosive medium, less aggressive towards metal parts of vehicles as well as metal parts of roads and bridges than other types of chlorides. Table no.1 shows impact of individual types of thawing agents on to the metal corrosion.
