4 .ينتهي هذا العقد بانتهاء مدته الأصلية إلا إذا تم تجديده لفترة أو لفترات أخرى متعاقبة بموافقة الطرفين، وفي تلك الحالة يلتزم الطرف الثاني بكافة بنود وأحكام هذا العقد .

5. يتعهد الطرف الثاني بأن يتبع قواعد الأخلاق والأمانة و الشرف في عمله و في علاقاته مع الغير، سواء كان داخل المؤسسة أم خارجها.

6. يستحـق الطـرف الثاني إجـازة سنوية مدتها (20) إشرين يوما في نهاية كل سنة تعاقدية.حيث تعتبر عطلة العيدين واليوم الوطني) عطلة رسمية. إذا وقعت إجازة الموظف خارج شهر يونيو أو يوليو أو أغسطس فإنه ربما يلزم الطرف الأول الطرف الثاني بأخذها خلال تلك الأشهر ، حيث يكون العمل متواصل خلال فترة الإجازة المنصوص عليها في العقد, يجب أن يوافق الطرف الأول على جميع الإجازات. يجب على الطرف الثاني القيام بالمهام الموكلة إليه في أي موقع تابع للمؤسسة خلال فترة التعاقد. وأنه من المحتمل توكيل مهام للطرف الثاني خلال الفصل الصيفي وإجازة.مع التنويه أن السفر خلال الإجازات يجب أن يكون موافق عليه من قبل إدارة المؤسسة

7. يستحق الطرف الثاني راتباً أساسياً قدره ( ............ )دينار تدفع شهرياً.

8. يستحق الطرف الثاني بدل سكن مقداره ( 25%) من الراتب الأساسي تدفع شهريًا بحيث يكون الحد الأدنى (........) دينار والحد الأقصى (2000) دينار, إلا إذا قام الطرف الأول بتوفير السكن المناسب ففي هذه الحالة لا يستحق الطرف الثاني بدل سكن. إذا قرر الطرف الثاني العيش في مكان يرغبه غير الموفر من قبل المؤسسة فيحق له أن يأخذ بدل السكن مدفوعاً، حيث يكون ذلك بعد موافقة الطرق الأول

9. يقر الطرف الثاني بأنه أطلع على اللائحة الداخلية للمؤسسة بتنظيم العمل و يتعهد بالتقيد بها وبكافة التعميمات الإدارية التي تصدرها إدارة المؤسسة بهذا الشأن

أ‌. يسري هذا العقد، على كل ما لم يرد ذكره في النظام الداخلي للطرف الأول وكذلك نظام العمل التونسي

ب‌. في حالة نشوء نزاع حول هذا العقد أو أي بند من بنوده يتم حله بطرق ودية، وفي حالة التعذر يتم اللجوء إلي نظام العمل التونسي
Translation - English
4.)This contract shall expire by the end of its original term unless it is renewed for a similar term or terms as per agreement by the two Parties. The Second Party shall abide by the provisions of this contract in case of such renewals.

5.) The Second Party shall observe good conduct and maintain cordial and professional relationships with others, whether inside or outside of the Corporation.

6.)The Second Party is entitled to a paid yearly vacation of (20)twenty days at the end of each contractual year as well as paid official holidays (2 Eid holidays, National Day). If the contractual vacation falls outside of June, July or August, the Second Party may be obliged to take the vacation during those months, thus making a continuous work period prior to that vacation as contained in the agreement. The Second Party shall agree to all of the breaks. The Second Party is obligated to work in assignments and at any of the Corporation's locales, for that contractual period, and so may be assigned duties during summer and during break. All travel on any breaks must be approved by the Corporation.

7.)The Second Party merits a base salary of (..........) dinar(s) payable on a monthly basis.

8.)The Second Party is entitled to a housing allowance of up to (25 %) of the base salary, which in no case will be less than (...........) dinar(s) or more than (2000) dinars, which will be paid with the Second Party's monthly salary. If the First Party provides suitable housing, the Second Party may not elect to take the housing allowance. If the Second Party elects to live at a local other than the housing provided by the Corporation, he may take the housing allowance after approval by the First Party.

9.)The Second Party acknowledges that he/she has read the Company's Internal Bylaw. He/she undertakes to comply with it and all other pertinent administrative directives issued by Company management .

a. The Company's Internal Bylaw and Tunisian Labor Law shall be applicable for any
case not provided for herein.

b. Any conflict arising from this contract or any of its articles shall be solved amicably.
Otherwise, reference shall be made to Tunisian Labor Law
