Nortel (NT) moved little today despite the announcement that the company won a contract in South Korea, but the option volume on the stock was heavy, with a high proportion of call options (91%). The options on the energy sector (including the sectorial energy fund XEG) were once again the most actively traded. The SXF contract rose thanks to 8/10 sectors but only 31/60 stocks within the energy sector rose with a 1.1% gain.
