Source text - Czech XXX mění organizační strukturu
Plzeň – 19. 3. Po měsících intenzivního prověřování firemních procesů a struktur oznámil svým zaměstnancům XXX novou podobu organizační struktury, ve které ubylo ... pozic a naopak bylo vytvořeno ... nových. Změny se dotkly zaměstnanců všech tří pivovarů XXX, ale také zaměstnanců třinácti obchodně distribučních center a pražské kanceláře. Restrukturalizace má dlouhodobě zajistit konkurenceschopnost ve výrobě a reagovat na změny, které nastaly na trhu s pivem v České republice i v exportních zemích v posledních měsících v souvislosti s hospodářskou krizí.
„Samozřejmě není možné, aby se nás krize nedotkla, a to jak na domácím, tak na exportních trzích. Ačkoliv revize byla plánovaná již předtím, než se krize začala projevovat na českém trhu, snižující se prodeje jí dodaly na aktuálnosti. Tuto záležitost v žádném případě nebereme na lehkou váhu. Od samého počátku spolupracujeme s odbory i úřadem práce, které včas informujeme,“ říká Mike Short, generální ředitel XXX.
V důsledku změn bylo zrušeno ... pracovních pozic, ... dotčeným zaměstnancům budou přednostně nabídnuty nově vytvořená místa. V souladu s kolektivní smlouvou nebo s manažerskými smlouvami dostanou odcházející zaměstnanci odstupné minimálně ve výši pětinásobku průměrného měsíčního výdělku a navýšení, které se vypočítává podle délky pracovního poměru v XXX. Podmínky jsou nad rámec, který stanoví Zákoník práce. Kromě finanční podpory zajistí XXX odcházejícím také podporu a konzultace při hledání dalšího uplatnění na trhu práce.
Novou organizační strukturu vytvořilo interně oddělení Vnějších vztahů a lidského kapitálu bez služeb externí konzultační firmy. O všech krocích byly včas informovány odbory i úřad práce.
Jedním z dopadů nově nastavené organizační struktury jsou úspory v očekávané výši ... milionů korun ročně. V tomto odhadu jsou zahrnuty náklady na odstupné a konzultační služby pro odcházející zaměstnance.
Translation - English XXX Changes Its Organizational Structure
Pilsen – March 19. After several months of intensive review of company processes and structures, XXX announced to employees its new organizational structure, in which ... positions have been cancelled and ... positions created. The changes affect not only employees in all three breweries of XXX, but also staff at the company's thirteen depots and its Prague office. In the long run, the purpose of the restructuring is to ensure competitiveness in production and the ability to react to changes which have occurred on the Czech beer market as well as in export countries in the last several months as a result of the global economic crisis.
"It is impossible not to be affected by the economic crisis either on the domestic or export markets. Although the review had been planned long before the crisis began to show on the Czech market, the reduced sales figures only amplified the sense of urgency. In no way do we take this matter lightly. Since the beginning, we have been collaborating with the Trade Unions and the Labor Office, both of which we have informed in a timely manner," says Mike Short, XXX's Managing Director.
As a result of the changes, a total of ... positions have been cancelled, ... of the affected employees will be preferentially offered newly created positions. In compliance with the collective agreement or with managerial contracts, the departing employees will receive a severance payment equivalent to at least five-fold the average monthly income and an extra bonus calculated according to the length of employment at XXX. The conditions offered are well above the requirements stipulated by the Labor Code. Apart from this financial support, XXX will provide these employees with outplacement services, i.e. support and consultations to assist in finding a new job.
