Source text - Romanian Proprietatea asupra pamantului cu structura sa ierarhizata si complexa constituie temelia institutiilor politice si juridice feudale. Complexitatea este determinata de imbinarea unor forme de stapanire devalmasa si personala, diferentiate prin regimul juridic deosebit, ca si prin pozitia diferita a titularilor pe scena sociala. Urmarind dinamica formelor de proprietate, constatam ca unele din ele - stravechi - continua sa existe si in feudalismul dezvoltat, cum este mai ales proprietatea taranilor organizati in obste, alaturi de care se dezvolta, cele care apartin domnilor, boierilor, manastirilor, orasenilor.
Translation - Italian La proprietà della terra con la sua struttura gerarchica e complessa rappresenta la base di tutte le istituzioni politiche e giuridiche del feudalesimo. Tale complessità è determinata dalla unione delle forme di comproprietà pro-indivisa e proprietà privata, diverse tra loro a causa del differente regime giuridico a cui sono sottoposte e della diversa posizione dei titolari sulla scena sociale. Seguendo la dinamica delle forme di proprietà, constatiamo che alcune di esse - risalenti a tempi remoti - perdurano anche nel tardo medioevo, come sopratutto la proprietà dei contadini organizzati in comunità alla quale si aggiungono le proprietà dei voivoda, dei boiari, dei monasteri, dei cittadini.
