Two-time FIFA World Cup™ winner and joint-top scorer in the tournament’s history Ronaldo stepped out onto a stadium pitch in the heart of the favela, and welcomed young participants from all around the world.
“It’s great to be here in the community of Caju, celebrating the power of football through Football For Hope,” Il Fenomeno said. “Football really changed my life, it was very important for me as a child. I didn’t have a lot of time for formal education but the school of football taught me a lot. I’d like you all to make the most of this great opportunity. I wish the best of luck to all the participants in the festival.” The words of the legendary No9 were greeted with rapturous applause and that trademark grin spread across his face. 192 youngsters, representing social organisations from 27 nations smiled along with him and the day was all about this remarkable cross-section of kids.
Spain and Barcelona star Gerard Pique, ambassador for FIFA’s Football for Hope initiative, noted as much in his message to the crowd. “I feel privileged to welcome the many young leaders here in Caju today,” Pique said in a video played to the crowd. “You have come so far to be here, overcoming many challenges in life. I hope that the festival will be an enriching and unforgettable experience for all of you, giving you lots of inspiration and ideas to continue your path.”

Source text - Arabic البلدان تجمعها ملفات ثنائية و أخرى تهم منطقة المغرب العربي، طرحت على طاولة التداول و التفاوض، و تبدأ بالطاقة، و تمر عبر ملف الصحراء، ثم الإرهاب، و هي ملفات يرى مراقبون أن لا فاصل بينها في المحادثات الثنائية بين البلدين، و خاصة من جهة الجزائر، التي تربط ربطا استراتيجيا بين الغاز و طموحاتها الاستراتيجية في منطقة المغرب العربي، و هو أمر حذر منه جهاز الاستخبارات الاسبانية إثر صياغته تقريرا حذرت فيه من رهن إسبانيا علاقتها مع الجزائر بملف الغاز، و من تداعياته على دورها، خاصة في منطقة المغرب العربي.
القمة كذلك تكشف، و إن بشكل غير معلن، عن ترتيب مختلف بالنسبة لأولويات البلدين في تداولات هذه القمة، فبينما وضعت حكومة ثباتيرو ملف الطاقة ثم الإرهاب على رأس أجندتها، على اعتبار أنها قضايا يفرضها وضع إسبانيا، التي تحاول جاهدة الخروج من الأزمة الاقتصادية بالتنقيب عن موارد لتحريك اقتصادها، كالبحث عن أسواق لشركاتها الكبرى، و محاولة الحصول على اتفاق لاستيراد الغاز مع الجزائر، التي تبيع اسبانيا حوالي 35% من مجموع وارداتها من هذه الطاقة، و كذلك ملف الإرهاب الدولي الذي يتربع على صدارة الإنشغال الأمني لدى السلطات الإسبانية، و كذلك لدى رأيها العام، خاصة بعد اختطاف تنظيم (القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي) لثلاثة من عمال منظمة إنسانية إسبانية كانت تعمل في موريطانيا. و في مقابل ذلك تبدو أجندة الجزائر خاضعة لترتيب مغاير، حيث ترغب في الدرجة الأولى في مراجعة اتفاقيات الغاز مع المجموعة الاوربية، حيث تؤكد ان تلك الاتفاقيات لم تشهد أي تغيير منث العام 1995، على الرغم من تغيير سعر الغاز و ارتفاع الطلب عليه عالميا، ليعقبها في المرتبة الثانية ملف الصحراء، خصوصا بعد احداث عدة متسارعة شهدها هذا الملف، بدأ مع أزمة أميناتو حيدر، و مع شكل إنهائه، حيث تم الحديث عن اعتراف إسبانيا بسيادة السلطة و القانون المغربيين في الصحراء، ثم قرار المغرب الخوض في تفعيل الجهوية الموسعة المتناغم مع مبدأ الحكم الذاتي في إطار وحدة مغربية. كما لا يغيب عن هذا الملف قرار القاضي الإسباني غارسون بلتسار التوجه إلى تندوف للتحقيق في ما يقول إنها انتهاكات ضد حقوق الإنسان. و فوق ذلك كله لا تطمئن الجزائر عموما إلى الموقف الرسمي الإسباني بهذا الشأن، و تصفه إلى جانب جبهة البوليساريو كونه (يميل لصالح المغرب).
و كما ورد في نتائج القمة التي حملها البيان الختامي، الذي حصلت الجريدة الأولى) على نسخة منه، تبين أن ملف الإرهاب قد تصدر المحادثات الثنائي بين البلدين، و تقدم على ملف الصحراء التي كانت الجزائر تعتزم طرحه بشكل أولي. و قد اعتبرت وسائل الإعلام الإسبانية أن أحداثا بعينها، مثل اختطاف ثلاثة عمال إغاثة إسبان من منطقة صحراوية جنوب موريتانيا من قبل القاعدة في بلاد المغرب الإسلامي، و عودة حالة الاستنفارالدولية بعد إحباط محاولة تفجير طائرة متوجهة من هولاندا إلى الولايات المتحدة الامريكية عل يد احد عناصر تنظيم القاعدة، و محليا، أي داخل إسبانيا، عودة الإرهاب الدولي إلى قمة الاجندة، و كان آخر مظاهر ذلك تحذيرات العاهل الإسباني نفسه يوما قبل قمة الجزائر مدريد بخطر الإرهاب الدولي الذي يتهدد إسبانيا و اوربا، و كذلك إلحاح الرأي العام الإسباني على التعاطي بشكل استعجالي مع ملف تحرير الرهائنالإسبان لدى القاعدة شكلت معطيات ساهمت في أجل ملف الإرهاب ذي أولية خاصة.
Translation - Spanish A los dos países los unen cuestiones bilaterales y otras de interés para la región del Magreb y que se han puesto sobre la mesa para la deliberación y negociación. Entre estas cuestiones está la energía, la cuestión del Sáhara y el terrorismo. Los expertos creen que estos temas están interrelacionados en las negociaciones bilaterales entre los dos países, en particular por parte de Argelia, que vincula estratégicamente el gas y sus ambiciones estratégicas en la región del Magreb, algo que han advertido los servicios de inteligencia españoles en un informe en el que advierten de que España compromete su relación con Argelia con la cuestión del gas, y las implicaciones de su papel, especialmente en la región del Magreb.
La cumbre revela también, aunque no abiertamente, una disposición diferente de las prioridades de los dos países en las deliberaciones de esta cumbre. El gobierno de Zapatero ha puesto la cuestión de la energía y a continuación del terrorismo en las prioridades de su agenda ya que son los expedientes que impone la situación actual de España, que está tratando de salir de la crisis económica, explorando recursos para hacer avanzar su economía tal como buscar mercados para sus principales empresas y tratar de llegar a un acuerdo para importar gas natural de Argelia, país del que adquiere el 35% de sus importaciones totales de este combustible. También a la cabeza de los temas prioritarios se encuentra el terrorismo internacional, una de las principales preocupaciones de seguridad para las autoridades españolas y la opinión pública, sobre todo después de que la organización Al Qaeda del Magreb Islámico secuestrara a tres cooperantes de una ONG española que trabajaban en Mauritania. En cambio, la agenda de Argelia tiene un orden diferente, ya que quiere en primer lugar revisar los acuerdos de gas con la UE, afirmando que esos acuerdos no han sufrido ninguna modificación desde 1995 a pesar del cambio de los precios del gas y la creciente demanda en todo el mundo. En segundo lugar viene la cuestión del Sáhara dados los diversos acontecimientos que ha vivido de manera acelerada esta cuestión, que empezaron con la crisis de Aminetu Haidar, y la forma de solucionar esta cuestión, pasando por el reconocimiento por parte de España de la soberanía de la autoridad y la ley marroquí sobre el Sáhara, además de la decisión de Marruecos de aplicar una amplia regionalización compatible con la autonomía en el marco de la unidad de Marruecos. Otra de las cuestiones es la decisión del juez español Baltasar Garzón de ir a Tinduf para investigar, según él, las violaciones de los derechos humanos. Por encima de todo, Argelia está en general preocupada por la posición oficial de España en este sentido, que califica, al igual que el Polisario, de «pro-marroquí».
Como indican los resultados de la cumbre que incluye el comunicado final, del que Al Yarida al Ula ha obtenido una copia, el tema del terrorismo ha sido el tema estelar en las conversaciones bilaterales entre los dos países, por delante del tema del Sáhara que Argelia tenía la intención de abordar de forma prioritaria. Según los medios españoles, algunos acontecimientos como el secuestro de tres cooperantes españoles en una región saharaui al sur de Mauritania por parte de Al Qaeda del Magreb Islámico, el regreso de la alerta mundial después del intento fallido de explotar un avión que iba de Holanda a EEUU a manos de un miembro de la organización de Al Qaeda han hecho que el terrorismo internacional vuelva a situarse en las prioridades de la agenda española. Esto se puso de manifiesto en las advertencias del propio rey de España hechas el día antes de la cumbre de Madrid-Argel del peligro del terrorismo internacional que amenaza a España y Europa, así como la insistencia de la opinión pública española en hacer frente urgentemente al tema de la liberación de los secuestrados españoles que retiene al Qaeda, datos que han contribuido a que el tema del terrorismo sea una prioridad.

Source text - Spanish Comenzaré mencionando una de las características más notables de la lengua árabe: su naturaleza diglósica. Un “árabe nativo” lo es siempre en su registro regional, y sólo llega a ser competente en el registro elevado tras un prolongado proceso de formación. Tradicionalmente se ha evitado abordar la digosia desde el punto de vista pedagógico –tanto en lengua materna (L1) como en lengua extranjera (L2)–. Recientemente, en el ámbito de su enseñanza como lengua extranjera, se ha tendido a considerar la coexistencia de los dos registros (formal y coloquial), tal y como se desarrollan en la vida real. En estos momentos, la discusión se centra en qué orden debe realizarse: simultanear ambos registros desde el principio, comenzar con árabe hablado y añadir el MSA, o empezar con el MSA y añadir después el hablado.
Por lo que respecta a la enseñanza del árabe en España, ha reflejado también la naturaleza diglósica de la lengua: arabismo y africanismo / lengua normativa versus lengua hablada. Ni siquiera se ha impuesto una nomenclatura unificada para el AMN porque quizá no ha existido la necesidad generalizada de enseñarlo ni utilizarlo en el aula, especialmente en el ámbito universitario. De forma progresiva en algunos centros ha aparecido la opción de estudiar marroquí, pero no como una necesidad obligatoria del currículo académico de los alumnos españoles de árabe, sino como una asignatura optativa más.
En una encuesta realizada para conocer las preferencias de los alumnos de algunos centros, y que fue respondida por 420 personas, 269 creen que el estudio de un dialecto les motivaría a continuar con el estudio de la lengua. Sólo el 19,40% había estudiado algún dialecto, y el 75% de éstos fue marroquí. Sin embargo, una amplia mayoría cree que es necesario estudiar dialectos árabes, y estaría dispuesta a simultanear ambos registros, a pesar del inconveniente que supondría una evidente inversión de tiempo y esfuerzo.
Translation - Arabic سأبدأ هذه المداخلة بذكر سمة من أبرز سمات اللغة العربية ألا وهي طبيعتها الازدواجية. فابن اللغة العربية تبقى دائما لغته الأم لغة الاستخدام المحلي، ولن يصبح مؤهلاً في اكتساب اللغة العليا إلا بعد فترة طويلة من عملية التدريب. ويتم عادة تفادي معالجة الازدواجية اللغوية من وجهة نظر تربوية -سواء كلغة أم أو كلغة أجنبية -. وفي الوقت الحاضر، وفي مجال تدريس العربية للناطقين بغيرها، تم الأخذ بعين الاعتبار تعايش كلا المستويين أو الشفرتين (اللغة الرسمية والعامية) كما يحدث في الحياة اليومية. ويتركز النقاش حول ترتيب تدريسهما: هل الخلط بين كلا المستويين منذ البداية أو البدء بالعامية وإضافة الفصحى أو البدء بالفصحى وبعد ذلك إضافة العامية.
وفيما يتعلق بتعليم اللغة العربية في إسبانيا، فقد أظهرت أيضاً طبيعتها كلغة ازدواجية: الاستعراب من جهة والدراسات الإفريقية من جهة أخرى/ اللغة الفصحى مقابل لغة الاستخدام. ولم تُمنح حتى تسمية موحدة للعربية الفصحى المعاصرة لأنه ربما لم يكن هناك حاجة واسعة لتعليمها ولا لاستخدامها في الصف، ولا سيما على المستوى الجامعي. وقد ظهر تدريجياً خيار دراسة اللهجة المغربية في بعض المراكز، ولكن ليس كضرورة إلزامية في المقرر الدراسي لطلاب العربية الإسبان، بل كمادة اختيارية أخرى.
وقد أُجري استبيان للرأي لمعرفة ما يفضله طلاب بعض المؤسسات، وشارك فيه 420 شخصاً. وتبيّن فيه أنّ 269 منهم يعتقدون أن دراسة إحدى اللهجات قد تحفّزهم لمواصلة دراسة اللغة. هذا مع العلم بأنّ 19 في المئة منهم درسوا لهجة ما و75 في المئة اختاروا الدارجة المغربية. في حين أنّ الأغلبية الساحقة تعتقد أنه من الضروري دراسة لهجات عربية، وتُبدي استعدادها للجمع بين كلا المستويين رغم صعوبة هذا الأمر من حيث الوقت والجهد.
