I have been a professional translator since 1974, and since 1977 as a full-time freelancer.

I lived in Sweden between 1977 and 1981, then returned to the UK but visited Sweden regularly for 3-4 month periods over several years, working mainly on annual reports and other financial material, PR and semi-technical material.

Since then I have been working in the UK almost exclusively with Swedish translation agencies, so I cover a range of material in business, financial and semi-technical areas.
