ProZ.com powwow: Where and when do you think are good?

Hi, dear all translators interested in Powwow in Chengdu:

Could you please propose where and when to organize this event are appropriate for you? And also the cost? I am waiting for the proposals. Please contact me if you have any ideas. Many thanks! It is also my first for this kind of the event, so if possible, let us make our efforts together to make it be successful. It is best to have Internet access at the venue for interacting with other events to be held at the same time around the world. The chief organizer has prepared a form for the schedules of other events. They plan to interact through Skype.

In the past, I have often gone to a book bar in Shuangnan District, which is named as Weishu Book Bar on Zhixin North Road (The lane on the left of Shuangnan Renrenle Supermarket). The cost will be cheap (Around RMB 15 Yuan per person for a cup of tea, no any extra cost). I wonder why you don't choose Bookworm in the south, which has a night selection of English books and relaxing environment, couches and sofa, free internet access too... Not sure I will be available by then or not as my schedule varies from week to week!icon_frown.gif

I can't say for sure that I will attend this activity, but I will try my utmost to make it anyway. Anywhere is okay except it is too far away from Sichuan University. And maybe I can bring my notebook and the camera with me if I can make it.
