Problem adding services, fields of expertise and software | Feb 4, 2009 |
Hi Jon, I'm having trouble updating my profile: When I select entries in the services, fields of expertise or software lists, and then click on the "add" button, nothing happens. I noticed I keep getting the "done, but with errors on page" message in my browser (IE 6) - not sure whether the above problem is related to this. (...I also cannot submit a support ticket. Nothing happens after I select a ticket category.) Can you help? Thanks in adv... Dear Olivier, You should be able to enter samples of your translations now by unchecking the I choose not to enter any sample translations at this time option in your Profile updater and clicking on Save and Update profile so that this setting is saved. After this, the Title, Source text and Target text fields should be re-enabled. Hope this helps! ... Hi. I'm a new user, and my profile shows 87% completeness, required 9/10, encouraged 4/5, even though I've completed all the required parts. There is a red x next to Professional History, and the only section I haven't completed is the WWA(encouraged) since I am new to PROZ and haven't worked for anyone here yet. Is that normal? | | |

Hi Darío, Thanks for reporting this. Apparently, maps in profiles are not working properly. Now, they have been disabled until the problem is fixed. And this is why some profiles may show as incomplete. Hope this explains. I appreciate your patience. Regards, Lucia | | |
