Emergency foster care Explanation: For uses of the English term see here http://tinyurl.com/najcves I don't know if you were stumped by the "jour" in jourhem, but it is like "jourhavande" e.g. "jourhavande läkare" "on-call doctor", a temporary foster home that is "on call". Apologies if I am explaining the obvious! |
