utility and efficiency Explanation: Or 'utility and capacity' I might be barking up the wrong tree here, but I take that risk. :) To me, 'handlingsförmåga' and 'kompetens' are used when describing characteristics of people, not projects. However in this context 'the project' might be referring to people in an abstract sort of way, and in that case I don't know what to make of it.. |
