Swedish term or phrase: element
Min första olycka någonsin inträffade faktiskt när jag dansade in i elementet medan jag lyssnade på just hiphop.

Is "element" slang for car, or are we simply talking about someone being in their element dancing (while driving) ?

radiator
Explanation:
Refers to a radiator. The person accidentally danced right into the radiator.

"Radiator" is the U.S. term. I'm not sure of the term in other varieties of English.
