"Vad har vi?" frågar den tredje.
"Prima svard afghan, bästa jag rökt sedan det gula libbet i vintras, vi borde investera i ett litet parti, det är en som Kjellgren känner som tagit hem det, de säger att han har två kilo, vi borde..." säger den förste.
"Jag har hört att han är en smunkig jävel," säger den andre.
"Snacka mindre, mecka mer," säger den tredje.

Anyway, this is the general idea. I couldn't tell you what the proper slang would be in English (and it probably wouldn't be the same in Harlem and Oakland).
May sound better if you rearrange:
