Explanation:
This has its origins in the Swedish Bankruptcy Act. Chapter 9, Section 6 of the Act specifies the procedure for lodging a proof of claim. Section 8 of that chapter provides for the "anmärkningsskrift", i.e., the objection to be filed in response to the lodging of a proof of claim.
