In a construction contract are 'objektets art' & 'objektets läge' generally translated as 'object specification/location' or 'project specification/location'?

Nature of project
Explanation:
I think specification of project is something more detailed, and can be confused with project specification or project specs, which ART definitely is not!

Nature of the property

Explanation:
'Objekt' can also mean a property (building etc, what the Americans call real estate) and I wonder if that is not that meaning here in this construction contract. But I am not sure.
