I think you will do best to go for collective agreement because as Frerik points out, that is the wider term. Avtalsrörelsen is the term for the negotiation in order to come to a collective agreement.

  -> Yes, they agreements also negotiate working hours, working conditions but it is the wages you talk about as the rest can be tied to them as well
