This is the sort of thing I would either ask the client about or leave as 'B' - depending a little on the target reader. (Sometimes they know more about the firm than I do...)

I'm no expert on Swedish pay and salary schemes - or any others for that matter - just happened to have the adjacent 'page' of the dictionary open!
