potato croquettes with almonds Explanation: :) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 21 mins (2004-04-21 11:49:27 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I didn\'t realise \'mandelpotatis\' was a type of potato. In Denmark we sometimes see croquettes of creamed potato (type unspecified) rolled in flaked almonds before frying, and I assumed these were what was meant. You live and learn - I\'ll check with the cook in future! |
