Köttfärsbiff is made of minced meat from more than one animal. The shape is generally flat and round. Very similar to (but generally juicier than) burger patties, with the exception that they are served without a bun.

  -> Did you actually read my answer?? Of course "biff" isn't beef, "biff" refers to the shape of the patties, I wrote that "köfffärs" is grounded beef, not that "biff" means "beef"
