Swedish term or phrase: bakmedel
Panering: vetemjöl, vatten, vetestärkelse, salt, jäst, druvsocker, **bakmedel** (vetemjöl, socker, emulgator E472e, druvsocker, stabilisator E516, maltmjöl, surhetsreglerande medel E170, antiklimpmedel E341, vegetabiliskt fett, mjölbehandlingsmedel E300), socker, äggvitepulver. Förstekta i vegetabilisk olja.

This is the crisp breading on a frozen fish product - designed to be extra crunchy when baked or fried to serve.

The rest of the context is just the storage conditions and shelf life, and a blurb about how easy to serve and delicious it is...

Any suggestions as to what it's called in declaration-lingo? The other things in this catalogue are on the E-number list or in the dictionary.
Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot!
I had an idea it was some kind of sourdough or raising agent - all the examples I can find suggest it is a fairly wide concept, but this fits very well.
