invoice on account Explanation: It might be "na rachunek należności" in Polish "Bokföring av förskott/a conto-belopp Accounting for advances/payments on account" Reference: http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/lex/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?ur... |

bills/invoices on open account Explanation: This means that a customer is simply billed for all goods and services rendered each month. It's the most common invoicing system for steady customers. Sometimes it's referred to as a running account. It is DEFINITELY NOT a pro forma invoice. A conto is a older Swedish term for löpande konto |

on-account invoices Explanation: Several Google Hits for "on-account invoice". "a conto" / "à conto" means "on account" and "fakturor" is the plural of "faktura" (= invoice). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 50 mins (2006-11-06 14:48:03 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I'm not really an expert on this, but I think they are different things. According to my English-Swedish dictionary "pro forma invoice" is simply "proformafaktura" in Swedish. |
