I don't know if there is any correct term for följsamhetsindexringen, but it is about the Swedish "Försäkringskassan" (The Swedish Social Insurance Agency's) rules for the recalculation by change in the set index for Swedish pensions. If you go to www.forsakringskassan.se you will be able to find out more about it and perhaps find the term you fell will be right for you.
