Registreringen är det första steget i en generell ärendeprocess. Registrering i W3D3 utgår från en handlingskö, eller postkorg, till vilken handlingar på olika sätt inhämtas. I ended up distinguishing between "dokument" (documents) and "handlingar" (official documents), since the SW dealt with case management for social service organizations. The "handling" were the official documents that were saved in the file. I sent a query to the customer nonetheless. They're trying to figure out a better solution.

agree  F Schultze (X): Sven, I have a feeling that "handling" could cover a little wider than "urkund". What do you say? Could "handling" in an ärende be for instance a map or an address list or a business letter?
