the group on duty // standby group Explanation: My suggestion. According to DA>EN Gyldendal, jour refers to being on duty. In this case, I believe the text is referring to a group on standby, as the people are available when needed. I therefore would prefer "standby group" or similar term. |

on-call team Explanation: "Jourgruppen" is typically a team of specialists that can be contacted outside office hours. Compare the following two text: Ref 1: "After office hours, an on-call team consisting of an Otolaryngologist resident and staff doctor is available to respond to emergencies."
