agree  Charles Ek: "Horizontal silo" is the generic term corresponding to "plansilo". A "bunker silo" is one type of these; see http://www.agsafety.psu.edu/Factsheets/E49.pdf

Gullberg also supports "bunker silo" in parenthesis.

Actually, a better translation may be the following:

Swedish
plansilo
English
silage storage slab

This is already on ProZ KudoZ:

Swedish reference (including picture):

This reference pretty clearly shows that a "plansilo" today is a concrete slab with low walls.

It is not the traditional, older type of silo.

disagree  Charles Ek: A "trench silo" is one type of horizontal silo/plansilo. Your reference with picture states, "Plansilon kan vara belägen över markytan, eller grävas ned." See http://www.agsafety.psu.edu/Factsheets/E49.pdf to distinguish types of horizontal silos.
