La programación y control de la producción

En cualquier empresa industrial la programación existe por lo menos en dos niveles. El primero referido al planeamiento de la producción que contiene los elementos necesarios para cumplir con la fecha del pedido del cliente. Estos incluyen ingeniería, compras y control de producción. El segundo nivel se refiere a la programación de los mismos a través de la planta y depende en gran medida de la efectividad con la cual se controla la operación de producción. La evaluación de ambas dimensiones al efectuarse el diagnóstico de la realidad en el área de producción será fundamental para detectar improductividades e ineficiencias.
