| Reference Reference information: Нашла вот такой рецепт: http://www.mundopostres.com/crujientes-de-almendras/ Так как основной является все-таки хрустящая часть, дополненная муссом, то, может быть, это нечто похожее? Что-то вроде «хрустящие пластинки из миндаля и кедровых орешков с муссом «Роше». Что касается мусса, мне кажется, лучше оставить Rocher как имя собственное, раз точно не известно, что оно значит (шоколадный, из Ferrero Rocher и т.д.), может быть, это вообще собственное изобретение данного ресторана.
