A primeira é um tipo de hortaliça muito usada no México.

A segunda é uma fruta, ovalada, um pouco maior do que uma mão aberta. Marrom por fora e cor de abóbora forte por dentro. Sabor doce e suave e tem um caroço, também ovalado, e grande.

Ex: Musse de mamey / Helado de mamey

O pápalo é uma erva muito semelhante aos coentros, uma vez que não creio existir correspondente em português, sugiro a utilização de coentros
