O texto fala sobre um sistema que foi implementado em diversos países e como isso aconteceu em cada um deles. Como podería dizer em PT do Brasil? Sei que em español HOJA DE RUTA é o que os viajanes costumam utilizar como guia para ver se estao no caminho correto, mas nao encontro algo equivalente neste contexto.
O original diz:

Cómo sigue el proceso

Siendo que México y Venezuela fueron los primeros países del mundo en implementar CRM, la experiencia vivida en ambas locaciones sirvió para retroalimentar al equipo central sobre los principales hallazgos o dificultades que se presentaron en el momento de su puesta en marcha.
