Si tratta di un documento dedicato alle modalità di assistenza al cliente. Non ho capito se sia un errore o cosa. Io l'espressione Alta de pasarela non l'ho mai sentita o incontrata prima e anche su Google non trovo occorrenze. Il mio tentativo è questo ma francamente sono in dubbio: Passaggio del problema a interlocutori esterni a XX, sempre che esista una precedente connessione con tale rete.
