Un mio cliente avvocato ha inviato una lettera raccomandata in Spagna e gli è tornata indietro la lettera con scritto sopra alla busta REVUELTO, cosa potrebbe significare?

Normalmente devolver dovrebbe implicare un'azione da parte del destinatario di non accettare ... ma non necesariamente è così perché la raccomandata potrebbe anche essere stata "devuelta", ovvero rimandata al mittente dall'Ufficio Postale dopo aver mandato al destinatario vari avvisi di ritiro della stessa. Normalmente sulla ricevuta di ritorno dorebbe apparire la ragione della "devolución".. tipo: non trovato, non accetta, indirizzo sbagliato ecc..

Asker: Immaginavo infatti fosse un errore, anche perchè devuelto ha tutto un altro significato. Il cliente mi chiedeva secondo me come è da intendersi questo restituito, visto che si tratta di una raccomandata per richiesta danni da parte di avvocato, lui mi chiedeva se significa semplicemente restituito al mittente perchè indirizzo errato o se respinto dal destinatario (perchè sapeva cosa conteneva)....

Asker: Potrebbe essere tutet e due: restituito perchè indirizzo errato o respinto perchè il destinatario ha rifiutato di riceverla....voi che dite.....si aprono le scommesse....
