Explanation:
mi sembra che in questo caso si debba dare l'idea di uno stato passeggero, quindi direi "in disordine" oppure "accaldata" che secondo me rende sia l'idea dell'essere un po' in disordine per aver fatto le scale e di essere accaldata per lo stesso motivo.
