Hola a tod@s,
estoy traduciendo un acta de nacimiento Mexicana que presenta el término "Book N°".

Al principio puse la traducción literal en lengua italiana "Libro", pero ahora -buscando en la red- he visto que en inglés se suele poner también "Register". Entonces mi pregunta es si es mejor traducir poniendo la palabra italiana "Registro" en vez de "Libro".
